ARES Offers 200 Scholarships for Burundian Students to Study in Belgium for the Academic Year 2024-2025

  3. Professional Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in an ARES partner country after completing their graduate studies (for advanced bachelors) or postgraduate studies (for advanced masters and continuing education courses).
  4. Language Proficiency: The application must be completed in the language of the chosen program. Proficiency in the language is required. Additionally, having a minimum level of French proficiency is advisable for successful integration into daily life in Belgium.
  5. Single Application: Applicants can apply for only one training course.

  • Two letters of recommendation (academic and/or professional).
  • Certified copies of original diplomas.
  • Certified copies of original transcripts for all years.
  • Proof of occupation for the last five years.
  • Certificate of nationality or a copy of the passport.
  • Pre-project (for certain courses – check admission conditions specific to the courses).
