Prince Harry is not thrilled with Meghan Markle's alleged political ambitions

Meghan Markle may have dreamed of a career in politics, but there's a chance Prince Harry won't be so keen on her plans.

Royal expert Emily Carver of GB News has suggested that the Sussexes may find themselves in a difficult situation as they both have different career aspirations.

"Meghan Markle in the White House. That would be something!" Carver opined. "It's a bit tricky. They have very different ambitions.

In addition, former Lib Dem minister Norman Baker speculated where Meghan's potential new position would place Prince Harry.

"I believe he would be the first gentleman," he suggested during a debate on GB News.

In recent polls, Meghan is tied with Vice President Kamala Harris and ahead of former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, via the DailyMail.

Valerie Biden Owens, US President Joe Biden's sister and his political strategist, also endorsed Meghan to run for the White House.

Last year, there was much discussion about Meghan's potential to enter politics after she left the royal family.

During the ITV panel, journalist Lorraine Kelly and royal expert Russel Myers discussed how Meghan could make a "real difference" if she entered politics.

Additionally, earlier this year, royal expert Kinsey Schofield noted that “Meghan is hanging out with high-profile political figures; Kamala Harris, Stacey Abrams. He's friends with Hillary Clinton."

If the claims about Meghan's political career turn out to be true, the Duchess of Sussex may have to give up her lavish lifestyle as the job doesn't pay well to support her.
