Officials of the Hare Krishna Movement in Hyderabad have released a short film for their Aikya Vidya program. This program aims to help students from grades 1 to 10, especially those in rural areas. It provides free after-school tutoring to empower children in rural communities. The short film was directed by Sai Girish Krishna, a promising director.

The president of Hare Krishna Movement Hyderabad and regional president of the Akshaya Patra Foundation, Shriman Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa, explained that the Aikya Vidya program not only offers free tutoring to underprivileged children in villages but also teaches Indian culture and values based on the Bhagavad Gita.

Shriman Sahadeva Saka Dasa, who manages the Aikya Vidya program, mentioned that they provide Indian values, yoga, life skills, dinner, and tutoring free of charge to impoverished children. The program started with three centers in Sangareddy in 2021 and has now expanded to serve 1,600 children through 70 centers in five zones, including Ahobilam, Bhadrachalam, Antarvedi, and Hyderabad.

Shekhar Ganganamoni, the director of the upcoming movie Sarkaru Naukari, expressed his delight in knowing that the same values he learned from the Bhagavad Gita are being instilled in underprivileged children along with free tutoring.
