Vinod Kumar claims Modi has acknowledged BJP’s loss in Telangana

Hyderabad: The Vice Chairman of the Telangana State Planning Board, B Vinod Kumar, claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi acknowledged the BJP’s defeat in the state during a public meeting in Warangal district. Kumar stated that Modi, who usually announces funds and promises during his visits to states with elections, did not offer any money or guarantees at the Warangal public meeting. According to Kumar, since the BJP had no chance of winning in Telangana, Modi ended his speech without providing funds or promises.

Kumar also accused Modi of disregarding the Common Recruitment Bill, which aimed to provide employment opportunities, by involving the Governor. In response to allegations of family rule, Kumar argued that even within the BJP, there were at least 200 leaders’ children involved in politics. He believed that Modi was not qualified to discuss family politics and highlighted that BRS leaders in the party continued their political careers based on their own talent and the support of the people.

Regarding development in Telangana, Kumar claimed that most of the awards for Gram Panchayats had been given by the central government. However, he argued that there was no evidence of development in Telangana, which he believed demonstrated Modi’s double standards. Kumar also questioned why a Navodaya Vidyalaya had not been established for the districts in Telangana, especially since Modi criticized the state’s education system for being disorganized.
