On the contrary, some top leaders of BJP are saving Alagappan by helping him. Gautami filed a police complaint against Alagappan last month but nothing has happened yet.

It will be known very soon what Gautami will do, but Gautami's resignation has also shaken the BJP. The reason is that Gautami has shown complete loyalty to the BJP. According to Gautami, she herself had asked for a ticket in the 2021 assembly elections. BJP even promised to give him ticket but then at the last minute BJP betrayed him and dropped his name. At that time, Gautami did not leave the BJP believing that she would go into politics with a big heart. Gautami could have left the BJP at that time.

Another twist has come in Gautami's film life with her decision to quit BJP. Gautami is the child of a rich family. His father T.R. Seshagiri Rao was a renowned oncologist while mother Vasundharaldevi was a pathologist. Dr. Rao is considered the pioneer of radiation oncology in India. Meaning, he was one of the doctors who started using radiation in the treatment of cancer.

Gautami herself was a management student when her first Tamil film Guru Shishyaan was released at the age of 19. Tamil film superstar Rajinikanth was his hero. From that alone, one can guess how great the start of Gautami's film career must have been. Gautami's pairing with Rajinikanth gave many superhit films. Gautami worked with South superstars including Mohanlal, Kamal Haasan, Venkatesh, Arvind Swamy, Mammootty, Chiranjeevi in ​​the following decade. Aishwarya Rai's first film was Mani Ratnam's Iroovar. After separating from Kamal, Gautami started looking into her finances and Alagappa came to know about the mess. Gautami's departure will not make any difference to BJP as BJP has nothing to lose in Tamil Nadu but Gautami will stand to gain. Even after two and a half decades in BJP, what he did not get, he can get by leaving BJP. Tamil Nadu is currently ruled by DMK and Stalin is the Chief Minister. After Gautami met Stalin last week, Stalin is said to have assured her of all help and justice. It is certain that Gautami will join the DMK very soon as Stalin is said to have assured her a ticket in the Lok Sabha elections.

If DMK gives ticket to Gautami in the Lok Sabha elections, Gautami can easily get elected in Lok Sabha with her star power and strength of DMK. After being in BJP for 25 years, Gautami could not contest elections or go to Rajya Sabha, she will become an MP as soon as she joins DMK.

Gautami lived with Kamal Haasan for 13 years

Gautami was in a relationship with well-known actor Kamal Haasan and both were together for 13 years. From 2003 to 2016, both lived together like husband and wife. After that, it was Gautami who announced that she had separated from Kamal Haasan. The main reason Gautami gave an interview to the media for separating from Kamal was that Kamal Haasan had changed his commitment towards her. Kamal Haasan was first married to classical dancer Vani Ganapathy in 1978 but before that he was in a relationship with actress Srividya. After ten years of marriage, Kamal and Vani got divorced after leaving Srividya aside Kamal Haasan's relationship with Hindi film actress Sarika. Kamal and Sarika got married in 1988. From this marriage, Kamal has two daughters, Shruti and Akshara, who are both actresses. Shruti was born two years before her marriage with Kamal i.e. in 1986.

Allegappan is a builder from Chennai against whom Gautami has made allegations. He has a close relationship with Gautami for the past 20 years. When Gautami developed breast cancer, she gave Alagappan a power of attorney to sell her 46 acres of land. Gautami alleges that Alagappan has usurped her property worth Rs 25 crore by forging her signature and creating fake documents.

Gautami also alleges that some BJP leaders hid Alagappan who absconded after she lodged a police complaint against him.
