Talking about Delhi: Government will bring home loan subsidy scheme


New Delhi: The Government is planning to re-implement the Home Loan Subsidy Scheme to win the Lok Sabha and the five state assembly elections to be held before it. Sources say that the central government will soon announce a Rs 60,000 crore home loan subsidy scheme for people living in raw houses, slums and rented houses in urban areas. Most likely, this scheme will be announced on Gandhi Jyanti, i.e. October 2. Under this scheme, loans of up to 9 lakh rupees will be available at subsidized interest rates starting from 3 percent to 6 percent per annum and 25 lakh people living in urban areas will benefit.

This scheme will be different from the existing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban. Sources claim that people taking loans of less than 50 lakh rupees for 20 years will be able to take advantage of this scheme. The plan will be approved in the next cabinet meeting.

Modi did not look at Shivraj, did not even mention him

In Madhya Pradesh, BJP has given tickets to three Union Ministers namely Narendrasinh Tomar, Prahladsinh Patel and Faggansinh Kulaste, so the discussion about Shivrajsinh Chauhan's departure has gained momentum. A video of Modi's public meeting in Bhopal has gone viral amid this debate.

In this video, it is discussed that Modi attacked the Congress and talked about the Women's Reservation Bill, but did not mention Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan's name in the entire speech. Modi did not even look at Shivraj present on the stage. Not only that but also did not mention any scheme of Shivraj government.

Modi mentioned the Women's Reservation Bill several times but did not even talk about Shivraj's Ladli Behan Yojana. Shivraj government did not even mention that 1.35 women of the state are given 1250 rupees per month.

Manka's allegation of selling cows against Hindus

BJP MP Maneka Gandhi has accused an organization associated with Krishna Bhakti of selling cows to butchers, calling it a scammer. Maneka also criticized the central government's animal policy. Maneka has alleged that even the Supreme Court is not doing anything about the death of elephants.

Manka claims that he himself visited the Anantapur cowshed of this organization and came to know that cows are being sold to the butchers from the cowshed. This video of Manka is going viral. The organization has created a stir on social media calling Maneka's allegations false and attacking the faith of Hindus and Sanatan Dharma.

Sources in the BJP say that Maneka and Varun Gandhi are now openly in a mood of rebellion, so they are bent on defaming the BJP governments as much as possible.

Politics on the cover given in the temple

Ahead of the assembly elections in Rajasthan, politics has started over the issue of the cover that Narendra Modi put in the donation box of Bhagwan Devanarayan temple, the idol of the Gurjar community. Modi attended the program held on the occasion of the 1111th descent of God in this temple in Bhilwara and then put the cover in the donation box. Modi said that what the Gurjar Samaj gave me, I have returned it in the cover I put in the donation box. Pujari claims that when this cover was opened after nine months, 21 rupees came out of it. Pujari Hemraj Poswal opened this cover in the presence of media.

BJP is silent on this issue. In order not to hurt the religious sentiments of the Gurjar community, they have been instructed not to say anything.

Controversy over RJD MP's comment on Thakur

BJP has put up a front against Bihar's RJD MP Manoj Jha's comments about Thakurs in Parliament, but fierce opposition has also started in RJD. Jha made an anti-Thakur statement by reciting a poem by Omprakash Valmiki during the debate on the Women's Reservation Bill and appealed to people to kill the Thakur within them.

BJP MLA Neeraj Bablu has said that if Jha had said this to me, I would have picked him up and thrown him down. Bablu also claimed that India would have become a Muslim nation without the Thakurs. RJD leader Anand Mohan and his MLA son Chetan Anand have also slammed Jha.

Interestingly, the RJD lauded Jha's speech. According to RJD sources, RJD is deliberately adopting an anti-Thakuro stance to sway Dalits and Backwards towards them.

Violence again in Manipur, Center rushes CBI

The central government has been on the run after the killing of two students in Manipur. The central government has immediately sent a CBI team to Imphal to investigate the murder incident. On the other hand, the central government is also thinking of banning the internet again for a long time as the protests against the killing continue. The state government has stopped mobile internet for 5 days but this ban will be extended. It is said that the central state government has also been instructed to arrest and put in jail any photo or video related to the violence that goes viral.

It is not clear when the murder took place, but when the ban on mobile internet was lifted in the state on September 23 after a five-month ban, photographs of the dead bodies of the two students went viral. In photos, both bodies are seen lying on the ground and a boy is seen with his head cut off, but the bodies of both have not been found. Both the students were missing since July.

NIA raids in several states

The NIA (National Investigation Agency) on Wednesday conducted raids at 36 locations in several states including Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh in connection with probing the nexus of gangsters, smugglers and Khalistanis. Threat to other counterparts of vigilance officers

Unemployment: 90,000 applications against 100 vacancies

More than 90,000 candidates applied for 100 vacant posts in Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and related other services, out of which 45,000 applicants appeared in the preliminary examination held on May 21. Among these, 1190 candidates were selected for the main examination held on August 12-13. According to the results of this examination published on the HPSC website on Monday, 61 candidates have been selected for the interview. His viva voce (oral examination) will be held on October 9.

Renewed protests in Manipur: Internet shutdown

Hundreds of students took to the streets on Tuesday to protest the brutal killing of two students by suspected armed goons in Manipur and state Chief Minister N. Marched to Biren Singh's residence and demanded justice for the dead students. As pictures of the bodies of both the deceased went viral on social media, unrest erupted. All schools in the state remained closed today (September 27) as part of the protest against the incident. Authorities have suspended mobile internet service in the state for the next five days following the unrest.
