Poor quality of food is a terrible threat to life

- Comma

- The health of the country cannot be reached without natural food. Gujaratis have a completely different world. It is high time that a nation that has gained worldwide fame as a nation of traders and seafarers should worry about its own health.

Autumn season has started. However, light and heavy rains are falling at some places. In Ram Charit Manas, Ram says that kahin kahin brishti sardi thori, kou ek pau bhagati jimi mori..! O Lakshmana, in the autumn there is very little rain in you and only in some places as only some people have devotion towards me. This year, the change in season has affected public Health and added to the confusion of farmers. In autumn, the sky opens up and the murky rain waters of the rivers become clear. Rivers look like glass. It is a wonderful winter wind, but the same wind is fatal to health.

Problems are the name of life, which are not obstacles but enrich the experience of human life. Why generating money is the world's most beloved enterprise, being born as a Gujarati, the attraction towards money is natural. However, most people make the mistake of squandering health wealth in the pursuit of wealth creation. That means spending health first to get money and then spending money to find health. The World Health Organization has declared that the greatest threat to India is ill health. Instead of looking at a survey of the entire country, if you look around, seven out of ten Indians are victims of Food shortages. This practice means knowingly or unknowingly serving disposable material in their dinner plate.

Nobody likes giving health advice. Indian people who were once considered tough are now beset by various diseases. Twenty percent of the country's youth suffer from headaches for no apparent reason. Drugs taken at a very young age can cause serious damage to the internal structure of the body. The new generation of corporate executives are also oppressing the body due to their improper leisure habits. Even developed nations have a corporate culture. Their staff has a high level of health consciousness. The food habits of the citizens of America and European countries are quite scientific. We foreigners who come there are shocked to see the indiscriminate treatment of Indian people.

The strong belief that the solution to every problem lies in money has become home over the years. It's not necessarily wrong, but spending millions on making it the only target can cost you unearned health. Instead of seeing the hard-earned earnings flowing into hospital bills, it is necessary to pay special attention to maintaining health so that one can enjoy the earnings even if little at times. There are also people who earn a lot and enjoy a lot of happiness. The reason why India has survived a little is because of the great village life. In the villages where the traditional diet continues, there are still signs of health and longevity. A survey conducted by the World Health Organization shows that only eight percent of India's educated citizens have a perfect diet chart.

Neglecting exercise and pursuing only the path of wealth is like shooting oneself in the foot with one's own hand. Instead of looking at the dal-rice and vegetable-roti served in the thali, there are many people who go for gulab jambu only, when the gulab jambu is served on their plate, doctors have advised them not to eat it. Not to fall into such a situation is the characteristic of a wise man and that is why it has already been written in the Talpadi language that he did not get his first happiness. But those things have become very old. Now the new threat that the World Health Organization has come across is the low quality of agricultural products. The quality of fruits, vegetables, pulses and grains has drastically deteriorated due to chemical fertilizers. India has lost the master key of health due to abundance of chemical fertilizers. The Government of India has decided to celebrate this year as Millet Year which is the announcement of UNESCO.

Without natural food, the health of the country cannot be achieved. Gujaratis have a completely different world. It is high time that a nation that has gained worldwide fame as a nation of traders and seafarers should worry about its own health. For this, awareness towards health needs to be cultivated from youth itself. Ayurveda is actually a way of life, following which one can enjoy the joys of life and nature very healthily. It does not depend on any condition or allopathy. Our basic plate has a strangely healthy magic mix formula, but the onslaught of fast food has changed the entire dining design.

Now even in the bhajan mela held during Gujarati wedding ceremonies, only fast food items are taken away. There is enough ready-made food in the kitchen to fill the house. Skipping the evening meal at any time i.e. keeping the sanjachulha open and open is a tradition of Gujaratis for three or four decades now. It is not considered a very happy family that has to clean the house at home in the evening, but the reality is that those who can have meals at home every morning and evening are the real happy family. Another thing the World Health Organization has pointed out is that there is a need for a fresh scientific testing and evaluation of the milk that Indian children consume in their diet these days. That work should be done by researchers or even by the government, because the amount of milk produced in India is sold many times over.

Now a new trend has started in Gujarat. Those who have a small paddy space behind their farm house or factory have themselves started rearing Gir or other indigenous cows. If you look at the border of Gujarat towards Maharashtra, the country cow has started moving to South India. Truckloads of country cows are going to South India. The state government has put a ban on it, but there is no effort to implement it. Gujarati people drink milk now, but they don't trust it like before. Some researchers have explored its alternatives such as almond milk and cashew milk, but these are not practical due to their high marginal cost. In Gujarat, one person in the entire family is a victim of cough or cold. This vicious cycle continues and one after the other keeps coming to the surface. This will continue, as Gujaratis do not yet recognize cold or cough as the root cause of all diseases.
