New Delhi: As Narendra Modi leaves for Indonesia to attend the ASEAN-India Summit and the East Asia Summit, the invitation card received by Modi for these meetings has become a topic of discussion. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra has posted the invitation card regarding Modi's visit to Indonesia on social media. Addressing Modi, 'Prime Minister of India' is written in this card. It has started speculations that the Modi government has officially asked all the countries of the world to write India instead of India from now on. Apart from that, Indonesia does not mention India. Congress leader Jairam Ramesh put this same card on social media and quipped that this is a proof that the Modi government is confused. The name of this event is ASEAN-India Summit but Modi is not ready to call himself the Prime Minister of India.

Sidhu in favor of alliance with AAP in Punjab

While the Congress leadership in Punjab is opposing the alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party, Navjot Sidhu has come out in favor of the alliance. Birendra will leave BJP over alliance with JPP

Veteran leader Chaudhary Birendrasinh has thrown up his sleeves on Dushyant Chautala's alliance with the Janayak Janata Party (JPP) in Haryana. Asserting that BJP does not need to tie up with anyone in Haryana, Birendra Singh has also indirectly threatened to leave BJP and form a new party if BJP ties up with JPP. The hearing in the Supreme Court has been completed on all 23 petitions filed against the Modi government's decision to abrogate Article 370 of the Constitution, which gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The Supreme Court has reserved its verdict after hearing the arguments of both the parties for 16 consecutive days. Now all eyes are on what this verdict will bring. BJP leaders are confident that the Supreme Court will reject these petitions as the Supreme Court expressed displeasure that the rights of the citizens of the country were being trampled on due to Articles 370 and 35. On the other hand, the opposition is hoping that Article 370 will come back again. He believes that the Supreme Court will give more importance to the constitutional provision than to sentiments.

Bhutia will join forces with Chamling to defeat the BJP

Baichang Bhutia, who was the captain of the Indian football team, has expressed his readiness to join hands with Pawan Chamling's Sikkim Democratic Front to defeat the BJP in Sikkim. Chamling's party had won 15 MLAs in the last election, but the BJP rallied and defeated 12 MLAs.
