Talk of Delhi: From now on in 'India', Mamata-CPM face to face

New Delhi: The India Front, which was formed to fight the BJP, is now in danger of breaking up after the Left Front in West Bengal announced that it will fight against the Trinamool Congress. The CPM, the main party of the Left Front, has made it clear that the CPM cannot tie up with the Trinamool Congress under any circumstances.

The Central Committee of the CPM has also allowed the West Bengal unit to field its own candidates against the Trinamool Congress in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The CPM has given freedom to the party units in other states to strategize according to the situation but this does not make sense given that there is no war between the CPM and the Trinamool anywhere except in Bengal. In Bengal at present there is an alliance between the Congress and the Left Front. The CPM has also appealed to the Congress not to tie up with the Trinamool, saying that we have taken a decision and now let the Congress take a decision on Bengal.

Kejriwal has the Supreme Court last aro

After the Delhi Service Bill, which makes the Lieutenant Governor supreme in Delhi, has been passed in the Parliament, now the Aam Aadmi Party has no option but to go to the Supreme Court. All eyes were on whether this bill would pass in the Rajya Sabha or not, but in the Rajya Sabha, 131 votes were cast in favor of the Delhi Service Bill, while only 102 votes were cast against it. Now this bill will get the seal of the President and this bill will take the form of a law. With this bill becoming a law, the central government will become paramount in Delhi.
