Hopes of alliance between BJP-Jagan's party alive

New Delhi: Andhra Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress Party has announced to vote against the no-confidence motion moved by the joint opposition on the issue of Manipur. BJP is relieved as YSR Congress will take the same stand on Delhi Ordinance issue. Sources in the BJP say that Jagan's party's stance is proof that the option of an alliance between the BJP and the YSR Congress in Andhra Pradesh is not closed at all. BJP does not have a majority in the Rajya Sabha but if YSR Congress gets support, the law related to Delhi Ordinance will be passed. YSR Congress has 9 members in Rajya Sabha. There were differences in the YSR Congress over whether to support the government on the Delhi Ordinance issue, but the party has finally decided to support the government's stand.

YSR Congress leader Vijaysai Reddy also questioned that how will bringing a no-confidence motion against the central government help the country?

Women's Commission's double standards crackdown

The BJP and the Congress have come face to face over the video of a nursing student in the Udupi district of Karnataka being filmed by three of her fellow students in the bathroom. Following this incident, National Women Commission member and BJP leader Khushbu Sundar visited Udupi and attacked the Congress government.

The Congress has questioned Sundar's visit saying that despite the incident of gang-raping women in Manipur and turning them naked, the team of the National Women's Commission did not go to Manipur while it rushed to Karnataka. Is the incident in Karnataka more serious than the gang rape of women in Manipur?

Karnataka Home Minister G. Parameshwar criticized the double standards of the Women's Commission and said that the Women's Commission is acting politically, trying to create a picture that the Udupi incident is very big.

A case of anti-Muslim criticism against your leader

Even the BJP leader was surprised when a complaint was filed against Aam Aadmi Party chief spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar for her anti-Muslim remarks. A complaint has been registered against Priyanka based on the complaint of BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala. Poonawalla alleged that during a TV debate, Priyanka called Poka a mujahideen, insulted her religion and made highly communal remarks. Poonawala alleges that Priyanka has made such comments about Islam in the past as well.

The BJP leader believes that the complaint against Priyanka for her anti-Muslim remarks will prove beneficial to the Aam Aadmi Party. The reason you are promoting yourself as an alternative to BJP and adopting soft Hindutva is because you want to replace BJP. This type of complaint will prove to be politically beneficial for you when the Hindu voters do not dislike you either.

Relief for BJP as EDina Mishra gets two and a half months

The Modi government has come to a relief as the Supreme Court allowed the demand to extend the tenure of Enforcement Directorate (ED) Director Sanjay Kumar Mishra for another two and a half months. The Supreme Court has ordered to keep Mishra as ED director till September 15. However, Justice BR Gavai, Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sanjay Karol have clearly said that Mishra's tenure will in any case end on September 15 midnight and will not be extended thereafter. As the BJP government needs Mishra in four important states, it is now relieved.

Although the Supreme Court has expressed displeasure with the government's proposal to extend Mishra's tenure, the court asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the central government, that the ED has only one education officer and the entire department is full of incompetent people?

BJP happy with majority forecast in Rajasthan

The BJP is happy as the first survey for the assembly elections in Rajasthan predicts the BJP to come to power. According to this survey, BJP may return to power in Rajasthan and BJP will form the government with majority. The survey claims that the tradition of changing the government every five years in Rajasthan will continue.

According to this survey, BJP will get 109 to 119 seats while Congress will get 78 to 88 seats out of total 200 assembly seats in Rajasthan. Others will get 1 to 5 seats. It is predicted that the percentage of votes that the BJP will get will be 46 percent while the Congress will take 41 percent of the votes. Others including independents are predicted to get 13 percent votes.

The Congress says that in Karnataka too, six months before the elections, surveys were coming out with similar predictions, but the BJP lost badly. The same history will repeat itself in Rajasthan.

Crime against AAP leader for calling him Mujahideen

Following a complaint lodged by BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala against Aam Aadmi Party chief spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar, a case has been registered against Kakkar. Priyanka made a very funny comment against him. An FIR has been registered against Priyanka in Noida. Mizoram seeks Centre's help for refugees

Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga said in a letter sent to Prime Minister Narendra Modi that if the central government does not help to bear the burden of the refugees who fled from Manipur, Myanmar and Bangladesh for political and ethnic reasons and took shelter in Mizoram, then the work of Janakalyan in the state will be greatly hampered. Parliament chaos beyond Harbhajan's understanding

As Rajya Sabha MP of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), he arrived there to attend the Monsoon Session of Parliament and narrating what he saw, he said that due to the constant unrest in both the Houses of Parliament, some issues could not be discussed in the House, which is beyond my understanding and It is surprising. Cricketer-turned-politician Singh added that members of both the ruling and opposition factions - from both the ruling and opposition groups - continued to shout slogans in Parliament during the high-tension drama played out inside the Union Parliament. All the opposition members wore black. In this situation the House could not do any useful work. Warning to Congress over comment on Love Jihad

A 25-year-old man killed his wife and mother-in-law in Assam on Monday as a result of family disputes. After that, he himself appeared before the Golaghat district police of the state. As the killer husband is a Muslim, while his wife is a Hindu, state Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma called this case a case of love jihad. State Congress president Bhupen Bora, while commenting on the above mentioned triple murder incident, associated lovejehad with the love story of Lord Krishna and Rukimaniji. Therefore, Sarma, who was angry, said in response on Thursday that if a police case is filed against Bora for hurting religious sentiments, then he will be arrested.
