Delhi talk: Sextortion attempt from Union minister

New Delhi: Union Minister Prahlad Patel was caught in a sex case and tried to demand ransom. Delhi Crime Branch has arrested two people after Patel's complaint in this case. The police are trying to find the mastermind of this case. Trying to make a Union Minister a victim of sextortion is said to be very shocking.

The accused made a video call to Prahlad Patel. As soon as Patel picked up the video call, the porn video started playing. By recording this clip, the accused demanded ransom by threatening to defame Patel, but after Patel informed the police, two people were arrested. Mohammad Sahib and Mohammad Wakil of Bharpatur, Rajasthan have claimed to have done all this on the instructions of a person named Mohammad Sabir. The call came when Patel was on his way to Madhya Pradesh.

No confidence motion on Manipur issue will fly

With Speaker Om Birla approving the no-confidence motion presented by the opposition parties against the Modi Government on the issue of Manipur violence, the table is ready for a strong allegation on the issue of Manipur in the Parliament. Allowing the motion presented by Congress member Ranjan Gogoi for discussion, Om Birla said that. He will communicate with the leaders of all the parties and announce the date of the debate.

BJP has 303 MPs in Lok Sabha and NDA has 331 MPs. The opposition India Alliance has less than 150 MPs. Even if BRS, YSR Congress and BJD MPs are in favor of the no-confidence motion, their numbers are less than that of NDA. In this situation, there is no question of passing a no-confidence motion, but because Modi has to speak in the Lok Sabha, the opposition has brought this motion.

Congress whip in Lok Sabha Manikam Tagore has claimed that the no-confidence motion notice will be used to break the government's arrogance and force it to speak on the Manipur issue.

A real fight in the Rajya Sabha on the Delhi Ordinance issue

With the Delhi Ordinance approved by the Union Cabinet, the stage has been set for a real war between the BJP and the opposition. The Ordinance provides for the establishment of a National Capital Civil Services Authority for transfer and disciplinary action against Group-Six officers of the Danish cadre.

As the Modi government has a majority in the Lok Sabha, the Delhi Ordinance will be passed easily, but the real test of the Modi government will be in the Rajya Sabha. Since the government does not have a majority in the Rajya Sabha, the BJP will have to take the support of other regional parties to pass this ordinance.

If this bill passes in the Rajya Sabha, the Kejriwal government will get the power to transfer officials in Delhi. If this bill is passed, the authority to transfer or transfer officers in Delhi will come to the central government through the lieutenant governor.

The Delhi government has challenged this ordinance in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has sent the case to the Constitution Bench, so there will be a legal battle in this matter.

Relief to BJP after Gopal Kanda was acquitted

Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court acquitted Haryana MLA Gopal Kanda in air hostess Geetika suicide case, BJP relieved. BJP wanted to merge Kanda's party with itself but BJP was in limbo due to Geetika case. Now that the court has acquitted Kanda, there is no obstacle for the BJP. Kanda was the prime accused in the Geetika case.

Kanda, who was the Home Minister of Haryana, has also spent 18 months in jail in this case. Along with Kanda, Aruna Chadha, the manager of his MDLR company, has also been acquitted in this case. Had Kanda been convicted in this case, he would have lost his MLA post.

Geetika used to work as an air hostess in Kanda Airlines. He committed suicide on August 5, 2012 at the age of 23 in his flat in Delhi's Ashok Vihar. Geetika's family filed a case accusing Gopal of harassing Geetika.

A large number of Myanmar people entered Manipur

In Manipur, the issue of illegal infiltration of Myanmar citizens into India has become a hot topic. The Manipur government has sought a detailed report from the Assam Rifles on the infiltration of Myanmar nationals into India. The government has told the Assam Rifles that in just two days on July 22 and 23, 718 Myanmar nationals entered India without sufficient documents. Among these citizens there are 209 men, 208 women and 301 children. An answer has been sought as to how these people entered Manipur.

Meanwhile, an atmosphere of tension was created after the fake video of the woman's murder went viral, and it is being investigated whether it has anything to do with this intrusion or not.

It was claimed in this video that some armed men have killed a woman in Manipur. Actually this incident did not happen in Manipur but in Myanmar. Through this video, there was an evil intention to disturb the peace of the state and incite riots, but that intention did not succeed.

The plan to imprison Gudha is ready

In Rajasthan, it is clear that Gehlot is in a fighting mood after former minister Rajendra Gudha, who was sacked from the Ashok Gehlot government, was made an accused in the case of encroachment on hospital land.

Gudha created a sensation by claiming that Gehlot's Lal Diary contained details of his scams. As a counter strike, the Gehlot government has raised the old case of Govindgarh land. The hospital land is owned by an NRI and Gudha's brother and sister-in-law were arrested in the case a year ago. Sources claim that very soon Gudha will also be arrested in this case and a situation will be created in which Gudha will not be able to come out till the assembly elections. Everything will be done to end Gehlot Gudha's political career and prevent him from becoming an MLA again. Gehlot has engaged the CID in this case for this.

Inability of states to utilize allocated budget

According to experts, there is a difference between the budget estimate given by the states or the amount allocated to them and the actual expenditure, so the original estimate has no meaning. Estimates are any single random number. Estimates of tax revenue are volatile, depending on economic performance that is difficult to predict. According to experts, the huge disparity in expenditure estimates in key sectors of major states is significant. For example, in 2020-21, the budget estimate for water and sanitation in Uttar Pradesh was 18 percent higher than the actual expenditure.
