BJP will cut 75 plus MPs

New Delhi: The BJP is considering implementing the 75-year age limit rule in selecting candidates for the Lok Sabha elections. BJP sources claim that the policy of not giving tickets to most of the leaders who have crossed the age limit of 75 years will be adopted in all the states.

Apart from this, the MPs who stay away from the general public and party workers will also be cut off. MPs who have defeated opposition stalwarts in 2019 but have spoiled the image of the party due to controversies will also be cut off.

However, the BJP leader admits that strict implementation of such rules is not possible. Such rules are enforced to remove leaders who are not liked by the high command, while no rules apply to MPs who are liked by the high command. In case of age limit of 75 years, given that many relaxations have been given, do not expect strict implementation.

BJP showed areas of India as China-Pakistan

An animated video posted by the BJP on its official social media account, showing parts of India as part of Pakistan and China, has sparked outrage. Most of the BJP leaders have deleted the video following the public outcry, but the Congress has raised the issue. The Congress says that the BJP should apologise, as it has insulted India's sovereignty.

The Congress says that the BJP Government itself has amended the law to provide a fine of Rs 100 crore to those who misrepresent the map of India. BJP should pay this penalty and publicly admit its mistake.

BJP leaders are not talking about this matter. No BJP leader says anything in public but inwardly admits that a mistake has been made. He claims that the mistake was made by an agency believed to be a top leader.

MLAs from the Shinde group have long been pressing the BJP to get the finance ministry but the BJP did not budge. Now the Shiv Sena Mlas are angry as the BJP rains down on Pawar.

Due to this, the development works of Shiv Sena MLAs were stopped and there was a rebellion against Uddhav.

When Ajit Pawar joined the government, this is why it was proposed that Pawar would not be given the finance ministry in the Shinde government. The Shiv Sena is upset that the BJP has listened to the demands of the Shinde group MLAs and dismissed them from the other.

Dear-Dawla policy in old pension scheme

The employee unions are upset that the government has adopted a dear-and-dawla policy in providing the benefits of the old pension scheme. The central government has decided to give a one-time option to IAS, IPS and IFOS officers to avail the old pension scheme. The officers who were appointed before the implementation of National Pension System (NPS) from December 22, 2003 will get the benefit of the old pension scheme. The unions say that the government is playing this game to benefit the officials.

The Department of Personnel and Training of the Central Government has informed this by sending a letter to the Chief Secretaries of all the States and Union Territories on July 13. These officers will have only one chance to join the old pension scheme. Officers who do not apply till 30 November 2023 will continue to get NPS benefits as before.
