A top Akali Dal leader has admitted that both the BJP and the Akali Dal are keen to re-align and the BJP is mulling over options on which other parties, including the Akali Dal, can be brought together to form a front in Punjab.

Controversy over cancellation of bungalow allotted to Aap Chadha

A controversy has arisen after the Rajya Sabha Secretariat sent a notice to Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha asking him to vacate the bungalow. Usually first-time MPs are given Type-5 accommodation, but Chadha was given a luxurious Type-7 bungalow.
