Delhi talk: BJP's complaint will get Sonia sympathy

New Delhi: Some leaders of the BJP are expressing their displeasure against the fact that the BJP filed a complaint against Sonia Gandhi in the Election Commission. BJP leaders believe that Sonia is tongue-tied, but because of this complaint, Sonia will get people's sympathy. Since the BJP does not have concrete issues, it will give the impression that it is tossing around trivial issues, thus benefiting the Congress. BJP has also submitted to cancel the recognition of Congress.

After Sonia Gandhi held a meeting in Hubli, Karnataka, the Congress tweeted, "Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) Chairperson Sonia Gandhi's strong message to the 6.5 crore people of Karnataka." Congress will never allow the credibility, sovereignty and integrity of Karnataka to be compromised.

Modi raised this issue and attacked that Congress wants to separate Karnataka from India. A BJP delegation led by Bhupendra Yadav, Jitendra Singh and Anil Baluni has met the Election Commission and demanded an order to register an FIR against Sonia Gandhi. Sonia Gandhi should publicly apologize to the country.

Tribute of BJP state president printed!

In Telangana, the BJP has filed a police complaint after publishing a tribute to BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on social media. In the tribute, captive Sanjay Kumar has been called a broker in the ganja business. BJP believes that, indirectly, a threat has been given to settle the captive Sanjay Kumar. The BJP is alleging that a conspiracy is being hatched to kill Sanjay Telangana ruler as he is sitting front against the BRS.

Lok Sabha member Sanjay has been in the news for some time now. Last month, BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar was arrested in the SSC board paper leak case. The police reached Bandi's house in Karimnagar at midnight and took him in a car. When the BJP supporters tried to stop the police, they also clashed with the police.

The issue of paper leak in Telangana is quite common. Congress MP A. Revanth Reddy is also agitating in the paper leak case.

Congress upset with Snehal joining Uddhav's party

Conflicts have arisen again in Maharashtra's Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance. Former Congress MLA Manikarao Jagtap's daughter joined Shiv Sena (UBT) and the Congress has been infuriated. Congress state president Nana Patole has expressed his displeasure, alleging that MVA's two allies NCP and Shiv Sena (UBT) are undermining Congress leaders.

Patole has also announced to raise this issue in the next meeting of MVA. Patole wants there to be an unwritten rule among coalition partners not to undermine each other's leaders. Snehal Jagtap dominates Mahad in Raigad district so his departure is a blow to Congress.

Patole has also said that in the next meeting, the formula for distribution of seats will be discussed. The NCP has already signaled that the seat-sharing formula within the alliance should be decided afresh. A section of the NCP believes that Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena joining the alliance could create discontent in the party due to the seat-sharing formula.

Anand's Exemption Case of Constitutional Interpretation

The issue of releasing Bihar gangster and former MP Anand Mohan Singh has reached the Supreme Court. District Collector G. Anand Mohan, convicted in Krishnaiah's murder, was acquitted on April 27. Krishnaiah's wife Uma Krishnaiah has filed a petition against this release in the Supreme Court demanding that Anand Mohan be sent back to jail.

The court has issued a notice to the Bihar government and Anand Mohan seeking a reply on the exemption within two weeks. Notices have also been given to the Union Ministry of Home Affairs and the Pardon Board of the Government of Bihar.

However, according to legal experts, the Supreme Court is not in a position to do anything in this case. The Nitish Kumar government of Bihar has used its power and authority to amend the Jail Act, 2012 and let Anand go. According to experts, the issue is one of constitutional interpretation. Whether the Bihar government has the right to amend the rule in this way is interpreted to mean that the decision can be overturned.

Mamata Claims, BJP Creates 'Bengal Files'

These people are preparing a baseless and false story film Bengal Files. Vivek Agnihotri, creator of Kashmir Files, has challenged Mamata's claim and threatened to sue for defamation.

Mamata announced that she has decided to ban 'The Kerala Story' to avoid incidents of hatred and violence and to maintain peace in the state. Pilot fielded openly against Gehlot

Political heat is rife after Ashok Gehlot termed Vasundhara Raje and Kailash Meghwal as 'troublemakers' for the Congress government. Gehlot has created an internal scandal in the BJP. Sachin Pilot has also been targeted again. However, Sachin Pilot has hit back and quipped that the leader of Ashok Gehlot is not Sonia Gandhi but Vasundhara Raje. Sachin has again put Gehlot in a frenzy by announcing that he will start the padayatra from Ajmer. All the MLAs who support the pilot will join the Jansangarsh Yatra from Ajmer to Jaipur, which will begin on May 21.

Vasundhara Raje has termed Gehlot's claim as false and said that Gehlot is lying because of the fear of defeat in 2023. Vasundhara has also alleged that Gehlot is plotting against him. However, the BJP leader admits that there is every possibility that Vasundhara may have helped Gehlot because of her grudge against the pilot.

Mamata Banerjee has alleged that the controversial film was made with the intention of humiliating a section of the society and maligning the southern states. Mamata has banned the film The Kerala Story in the state. Responding to his statement, Agnihotri has said that it is very important. Looking at this video, it seems that Mamata Didi is talking about me. Yes, I came to Bengal and I interviewed survivors of the Khilafat massacre following the Direct Action Day. Then there is the talk of Gopal Patha's role. What are you afraid of? Kashmir Files is a film on genocide and terrorism. On what basis do you believe that it is a film defaming Kashmiri people. On what basis can you say that this film has been made with the funding of a political party. If so then why don't I file a case of defamation and negligence of genocide. The name of this film is Delhi Files, not Bengal Files. No one can stop me from speaking my mind.
