Delhi talk: No charge sheet against KCR's daughter Kavita

New Delhi: For the first time, the CBI has charged Sisodia in the charge sheet of Delhi's leaker policy case, but Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao's daughter K. Kavita has not been made an accused yet. ED has also questioned Kavita in this case but the BJP government could not show the courage to make Kavita an accused.

Sources say that Telangana has assembly elections this year, so KCR does not get an issue against BJP, so nothing will happen to Kavita now. The CBI has filed a supplementary chargesheet against four accused, including Manish Sisodia, in the Rouse Avenue court. Apart from Sisodia, Hyderabad's C.A. Buchi Babu Gorantala, Arjun Pandey and Amandeep Singh Dhal have also been made accused. Buchi Babu is the CA of Gorantala Kavita. The court will hear the charge sheet on May 12.

The CBI has claimed in the charge sheet that a supplementary charge sheet will be filed as the larger conspiracy and the role of other accused are being investigated in this case.

Allegation that Kejriwal is being spied on by drones

The police have run after seeing a drone near Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's house. Kejriwal's official residence is in the Rouse Avenue area of Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party has complained that the drones were seen hovering despite the area being declared a no-fly zone.

Delhi Police has started an investigation based on the complaint of AAP leaders. While the Delhi Police is calling this incident a case of security breach, the Aam Aadmi Party is alleging that Kejriwal is being spied on. AAP leaders have also alleged that government agencies are involved in this spying.

It has happened before that Kejriwal's security has been breached. Last year, Kejriwal's official residence was attacked. BJP workers protested accusing him of insulting Kashmiri Hindus and broke the barricade outside the house and reached the gate. They also broke the CCTV cameras and painted saffron on the walls.

Center-Punjab clash over Khalistanists issue

The Punjab government has sought help from the central government to wipe out the Khalistanists. On the other hand, the central government wants to do the work through its own agencies, so there is friction between Punjab and the central government.

The Punjab government handed over the report on Operation Amritpal to the Union Home Ministry, claiming that Amritpal was using a foreign number after absconding and was in constant contact with his associates through WhatsApp calling. The report also mentions foreign funding and ISI connections. The Center wants to keep the Punjab Police away as the matter relates to foreign affairs.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has also submitted its inquiry report on Amritpal to the Home Ministry. This report also contains the details given by the Punjab Police. Punjab Police has also given complete details of people who sheltered Amritpal Singh after he absconded. Central agencies will conduct operations based on that.

BJP does not want Muslim votes, says Ishwarappa

Before assembly elections in Karnataka, BJP leader K. S. Eshwarappa has claimed that the BJP does not need a single Muslim vote in the Shivmoga constituency. This statement of the former Deputy Chief Minister Eshwarappa has created a controversy and there has been a fierce reaction in the BJP itself. There is a discussion in the BJP that Ishwarappa is taking revenge for getting the ticket by damaging the BJP. BJP does not want Muslim votes in Shivmoga but wants elsewhere. Muslims elsewhere will not vote for BJP because of Eshwarappa's fudge.

Eshwarappa told a meeting of Lingayat community leaders in Shivmoga that we should not raise caste issues and send a clear message to the election contesters that we are united and no one can divide us. Congress says there are 50,000 to 55,000 Muslim voters in Shivmoga constituency. We don't need even a single Muslim vote. In this meeting B. S. Yeddyurappa and his son B. Y. KCR ready for alliance if Rahul is kept away

Due to the efforts of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, after Mamata Banerjee, now K. Chandrasekhar Rao is also ready to join hands with Congress. K. Chandrashekhar Rao's party BRS has softened and is ready to join hands with the Congress for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. However, for that he has made a condition that Rahul Gandhi should not be the prime ministerial candidate of the opposition front.

BRS does not want a fight between Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi in 2024 like in 2019. The opposition has always suffered in the war between Rahul and Modi. The same thing happened in the last Lok Sabha elections too, so KCR does not mind an alliance with the Congress in the event that there is no Modi vs Rahul Gandhi fight.

BRS leaders believe that Nitish Kumar, Mamata Banerjee, Sharad Pawar etc. have the experience of running the government, whereas Rahul Gandhi is not even the leader of his own party, so he cannot be accepted as a leader.
