Talking about Delhi: BJP will move Shinde and make Ajit the Chief Minister

New Delhi: Uddhav Thackeray MP Sanjay Raut has claimed that the Shinde-Fadnavis Government will fall in Maharashtra in the next 15 days. Raut claimed that the 'death warrant' of this government has been issued by the BJP itself and the BJP has asked the Chief Minister to pack his bags.

Raut admitted that he had earlier predicted that the Shinde government would collapse within 15 days but it did not happen as the Supreme Court hearing on the matter was adjourned. Now when the court verdict is coming, the Shinde government will fall. The BJP has come to know about this, so it has started preparations to house Shinde.

According to political analysts, the reason why Ajit Pawar has been showing a pro-BJP attitude for some time now is because the BJP wants to put Shinde in the corner. BJP can sideline Shinde and make Ajith the Chief Minister.

Yeddyurappa's absence will hurt the BJP

B.S. in the Karnataka assembly elections. The BJP high command is worried about the party's internal report that it will be difficult for the BJP not to field Yeddyurappa. The BJP high command forced Yeddyurappa to announce that he would not contest the elections. According to the voters, BJP has no leader other than Yeddyurappa who can be trusted.

BJP has given Yeddyurappa the leadership of the election campaign but it is certain that Yeddyurappa will be dumped after the election so the voters are upset. Yeddyurappa is the only leader in BJP accepted by all sections like Lingayat, Vokkaliga, Scheduled Caste etc. Under these circumstances, Yeddyurappa's decision not to contest the elections may hurt the BJP. At present, BJP's dependence is on the plans of the centre, but as local issues are more important, the BJP has doubts about how far these issues will work. Apart from this, issues like unemployment, inflation and corruption will also bother the BJP.

Akhilesh offered Malik the Aligarh seat

There are speculations that the former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Satyapal Malik will contest the Lok Sabha elections after suddenly becoming active on the political front. There is talk of Samajwadi Party's Akhilesh Yadav offering Aligarh ticket to Malik.

Malik has been attacking Modi for a long time and holding farmers' meetings. Malik recently convened a meeting of Jat leaders in which many Khap Chowdhurys from western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan came. Malik himself cooked food for them.

Malik created a huge drama by calling this meeting unauthorized. Malik himself went first to RK Puram and then to Chawla Police station and created a ruckus. He also tried to create a sensation by claiming that the Delhi Police had arrested him. The police clarified that Satyapal Malik left when the program was stopped as it was going on without permission but later reached RK Puram police station and staged a spectacle.

Government worried as terrorists used steel bullets

The government was shocked when the terrorists used steel bullets in the terrorist attack on the truck of the Indian Army in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch on April 20. The terrorists used steel core bullets on the soldiers moving in the truck to penetrate the armor. A report has been called on how these bullets came to the terrorists.

5 jawans were martyred in this attack. A team of NSG and NIA is investigating the attack. After the attack, the terrorists fled with the soldiers' weapons. It is also being investigated.

In this attack, the shooter shot at the glass of the truck in the dense forest of Bhata Dhurian and the terrorists fired and threw grenades as the balance went. Dharna again against Brij Bhushan, BJP confused

BJP's situation has worsened after seven women wrestlers filed a police complaint against BJP MP and Wrestling Federation of India president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh alleging sexual harassment. A minor is among the wrestlers who lodged a police complaint at the Connaught Place police station in New Delhi. Due to this Brij Bhushan can be jailed at any time when the POCSO Act is applied against him. Delhi Commission for Women President Swati Maliwal has also written a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Police demanding that an FIR be filed against Brij Bhushan and arrested.

The police have assured the wrestlers that an investigation has been initiated before lodging an FIR and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Wrestlers including Vinesh Phogat have resumed their sit-in after three months of not getting justice. Because of this, BJP is afraid that this issue will escalate but BJP is hesitating to take action against Brij Bhushan.

A law will be made to give legal status to CBI

The Modi government will bring a law in the next session of Parliament to give legitimacy to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). If this law is enacted, the CBI will not have to take permission from the state governments for investigation. In the new law, the CBI will be brought under the Home Ministry. At present CBI works under Ministry of Personnel.

At present CBI Delhi is working under the Special Police Establishment Act, 1946. This is why the CBI has no legal or constitutional status. The Guwahati High Court has already declared the CBI illegal.

CBI has many limitations as it has no legal or constitutional status. Due to this, the government handed over the matter to the Standing Committee of the Parliament. After a long discussion, the Standing Committee of the Parliament recommended to enact a law for the CBI. The Modi government has asked the personnel department to draft the bill together with the home ministry. The new law will have provisions to ensure the level, function and authority of the CBI and ensure its impartiality and credibility.
