Talk of Delhi: BJP will break 300 strong opposition leaders

New Delhi: To win the Lok Sabha Elections, the BJP has devised a strategy to bring powerful opposition leaders. Sources of BJP claim that BJP has made a list of 300 leaders whose bringing into BJP will strengthen BJP. In the Lok Sabha seats of these leaders' constituencies, the BJP may be in a position to give strong competition to the candidates of the local regional parties. Most of these BJP can also make party candidates in Lok Sabha elections.

According to sources, the BJP has made this list based on the records of the leaders who participated in the last Lok Sabha and state assembly elections after extensive research. A campaign will be launched very soon to bring these leaders to BJP.

Most of these leaders are from West Bengal, Odisha and southern states where the BJP cannot defeat strong regional parties. All the BJP's efforts to win more seats by increasing its influence in these states have failed. Now BJP wants to win based on this strategy.

Threat to block railway route in Punjab

Gurpatwant Singh Pannu of the terrorist organization Sikh for Justice threatened to block the Amritsar to Bathinda railway route from March 15 to 17 through a video message. On the other hand, pro-Khalistan posters were put up outside the Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar. When the meeting of G-20 is to be held at this place, posters were put up saying, G20 is welcome in Khalistan. Khalistan is not a part of India but on behalf of Khalistan and welcome to G20 countries.

In the video, Pannu called upon the Sikhs to take up arms and said that Sikhs are still slaves and this freedom will be achieved only by taking up arms. Pannu alleged that the Shiromani Gurdwara Management Committee, which administers Sri Akal Takht Sahib, was controlled by the Badal family, and that it was the Badal family that launched the first attack on the Sikhs. The attack on the Golden Temple was also done at his behest. Badal himself is following the behest of the center and Khalistan will not be built on his trust.

Atishi will fill Sisodia's vacancy

There is talk that Atishi will quickly replace Manish Sisodia in AAP after the portfolio sharing that followed the inclusion of Saurabh Bhardwaj and Atishi in the Arvind Kejriwal Government in Delhi. Saurabh and Atishi have been replaced by the jailed Satyendra Jain and Manish Sisodia.

Saurabh Bhardwaj has been given the health portfolio while Atishi has been made the Education Minister of Delhi. It is evident that Atishi's political stature has increased as Atishi was also made Minister of Power, PWD and Tourism Department.

After a decade with the inclusion of Atishi, the Kejriwal cabinet has included a minister for women. Rakhi Bidla was made the minister when the AAP government was formed for the first time for 49 days. After that, no women were included in Kejriwal's cabinet. Kejriwal formed the government for the first time in 2013. At that time, the government formed with the support of Congress did not last very long, but after that Kejriwal's party has won twice in a row with an absolute majority.

Amit Shah succeeded in convincing Tipra Motha

After the Manik Saha-led BJP government was sworn in again in Tripura, BJP's efforts to convince Tipra Motha have paid off. Pradyot Debbarma, head of Tipra Motha, has fallen victim to the government's appointment of a mediator to resolve the tribal issues of Tripura.

Modi fielded Amit Shah for this. Soon after the swearing-in ceremony, Amit Shah discussed with Tipra Motha chief Pradyot Debbarma and offered him to join the government. Half an hour after the swearing-in ceremony at Swami Vivekananda Maidan ended, a meeting between Debbarma and Shah JP. Nadda was also present.

Tipra Motha was required to be pulled by the BJP to ensure victory on both the seats in Tripura in the Lok Sabha elections. One of the two Lok Sabha seats in Tripura is reserved for tribals. Tipra Mocha is expected to win this seat given the victory of Tipra Motha in tribal seats. BJP can prevent loss of one Lok Sabha seat by convincing Pradyot Debbarma.

The Congress force in Karnataka is like a tarwadi ghat

While Amit Shah and Narendra Modi have entered the fray to win the BJP in Karnataka, State Congress President D.K. Shivakumar has claimed that an internal survey of the Congress has concluded that the Congress will win more than 140 of the 224 seats in the assembly elections in Karnataka. Shivakumar has claimed that the BJP won't win more than one seat from 65 and its seats may even decrease to 40.

The BJP leader is calling Shivkumar's claim as a pipe dream but admits that it is a big challenge for the BJP to win in Karnataka. BJP's image is bad due to corruption of ministers and it may affect it.

In the previous Congress survey, Congress was predicted to win 136 seats. Congress has now predicted more than 140 seats like Dala Tarwadi. In the 2018 assembly elections, BJP won 104 seats and became the largest party. Congress got 80 seats and JDS got 37 seats.

Calculation of benefit against demand of widows in Pulwama

Days after Rajasthan Congress leader Sachin Pilot asked the state government to show sympathy towards the demands of the martyred soldiers' widows of Pulwama, state Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has accused the BJP of using the demands of these widows for its own narrow political gain. Gehlot tweeted that the families of the martyrs have been compensated as per state norms. He (Gehlot) is also ready to explain why some of his demands are not being met. Among the 40 CRPF jawans who lost their lives in the terrorist attack in February, 2019, three of the martyrs are from Rajasthan, whose families have been protesting since February 28 as their demands were not met by the government. BJP MP Kirodilal Meena has also joined the protest.

A gesture of appeasement of Hindu-Muslim factions

Nearly a decade after the gruesome communal riots that erupted in western Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar, the BJP is hoping to soothe the wounds of Hindu-Muslim groups by organizing an affection convention under the banner of One Country, One DAA. The first program of the 12 such conventions that the BJP wants to hold in Muslim constituencies before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections will be held next month. Muzaffarnagar has been chosen for this because it is the land of former Union Home Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh. He tried Jat-Muslim unity. His idea was later rejected by the Congress and the Samajwadi Party, said Kunwar Basit Ali, president of UP's BJP Minority Front.

Now, Lingayats need a separate religious identity

People of the Lingayat caste, which is well-known in Karnataka, are reiterating their demand for a separate religious identity as the state assembly elections approach. The then Congress-led state government had suggested Lingayats for such recognition five years ago. However, the BJP government that came to power after that blew the deal. Jagatik Lingayat Mahasabha strives for a separate religious identity, but does not want to involve any political party in its campaign, said Mahasabha Chief General Secretary S.M. Jamdar said.
