At the insistence of America-Russia, the 2024 Olympics will become Persia

- 40 countries around the world have threatened to boycott the Paris Olympic Games with months to go until the Olympic Games.

- If Russia insists on not landing without its national flag and America insists on not allowing the athletes to land with the Russian national flag, there will be trouble. America has control over the IOC, so it was assumed that America would do it. Under these circumstances, Russia and its allies may withdraw.

The biggest sports event in the world held every four years, the Olympic Games 2024 will be held in France. With months left for the Olympic Games to be held in July 2024, there has been a big split on the issue of allowing Russia to participate in the Olympic Games. With 40 countries of the world threatening to boycott the Paris Olympic Games, there is a threat that the world's biggest sports event will become Persian.

On the other hand, Russia has also indirectly threatened to boycott its athletes if they are not allowed to enter the Olympic Games with the Russian national flag. America and its allies do not need the flag of Russia or Belarus in the Olympic Games. On the other hand, Russia has indirectly said that it is not allowed to send its athletes as a neutral without the national flag, so if this decision is taken, it can consider participating in the Olympic Games. If Russia does not participate in the Olympic Games, the Olympic Games will be a fiasco as many other major countries will not participate.

Ukraine demanded that Russia and Belarus not be allowed to participate in the Olympic Games in protest against Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Because Belarus supported Russia in the invasion of Ukraine, Ukraine demanded that Belarus be expelled along with Russia, but the International Olympic Committee (IOC), which organizes the Olympic Games, did not fully accept this demand.

The IOC has indicated that arrangements will be made so that athletes from Russia and Belarus can participate in the Olympics as neutral athletes and not under the flags of Russia and Belarus. IOC has called a meeting on February 10 to discuss this issue and a final decision will be taken in it, but America is in favor of this. America's Press Secretary Carina Jean-Pierre has already said that she has no objection to Russia-Belarus players participating in the Olympic Games without the country's flag. It is certain that this decision will be taken when America gives up.

Ukraine does not care about Russia and Belarus in the Olympics, so it has announced that it will boycott the Olympic Games if its athletes appear in the Olympic Games, let alone the flag of Russia-Belarus. Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia are allies of Ukraine, so they have also announced to boycott the Olympic Games like Ukraine. At the same time, their supporters have started the campaign to convince other countries to boycott the Olympic Games. Poland has taken the lead in this quayat.

Poland's Sports and Tourism Minister Kamil Bortnikczuk is working to get anti-Russian countries on his side. Kamil claims that if athletes from Russia or Belarus appear in the Olympic Games, 40 countries of the world will boycott the Olympic Games. Kamil is going a little too far because he has mentioned America, Britain, Canada etc. among the 40 countries that he said would boycott the Olympic Games.

America has already made its position clear, so there is no question of America joining the Union of Ukraine. Canada and Britain are the fingers of America so they will do what America says. Britain had previously objected to allowing athletes from Russia-Belarus to compete as neutrals, but the UK agreed after the US agreed. So the UK is silent. But it seems to have been accepted. Considering that most major European countries will follow the American trend, the boycott of Kamil by 40 countries is exaggerated. Tens of neighboring countries of Russia-affected Europe will join the boycott.

However, the concern is not with these ten countries but with Russia and its allies. If Russia insists on not disembarking without its own national flag and America insists on not allowing the athletes to disembark with the Russian national flag, there will be a fight. America has control over the IOC, so it was assumed that America would do it. Under these circumstances, Russia and its allies may withdraw.

Russia also entered the 2020 Olympic Games without its national flag. The Russian Anti-Doping Agency had tampered with the data on the drugs tests of Russian athletes. This resulted in a four-year ban on Russia, but following an appeal by the Russian government, Russian athletes were allowed to play under the flag of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC). The Russian government did not mind as the flag of the ROC was the same as that of Russia. Secondly, the issue was not political so Russia did not object. The issue of the invasion of Ukraine is a political one, and Putin has linked it to Russia's self-respect, so there is every possibility that Russia will be stubborn.

Russia's allies now have countries that are considered powerhouses in sports, including China. Only Russia and China win heaps of medals in Olympic Games. Only these two countries give real competition to America. If these two countries do not land, the Olympic Games will be completely faded. The charm of the Olympic Games is gone. If a strong collision is seen, America will not be seen. The world's biggest sports event remains a friendly event between America and its allies.

To avoid this situation, the only solution is to allow Russia to land with its national flag, but this is not possible in global politics. This is a question of prestige for both America and Russia, so there is no hope that either of them will bow down, but given that there is no hope that the Olympics will also be affected by politics.

In 1980, 66 countries boycotted the Moscow Olympics

The last large-scale boycott of the Olympic Games in the world took place in the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games. America and its allies have boycotted the Olympic Games in protest against Russia sending its troops to Afghanistan. Russia was the Soviet Union at that time and America's Cold War against Russia was at its peak. At that time Germany was also divided into East Germany and West Germany. West Germany sided with America while communist East Germany sided with Russia. Only 80 countries participated in this Olympics.

These Olympics were fruitful for India as India succeeded in winning gold medal in Olympics hockey after years. India won the gold medal in the absence of newly emerged champions of hockey like Pakistan, Germany, France, Australia etc. It was the last gold medal India won in hockey. In the absence of America and allied countries, Russia won a total of 195 medals with 80 golds.

Indian athletes have also played as neutrals

Allowing players from Russia and Belarus to play as neutrals is supported by countries including the US. According to the rules of the Olympics, only the player representing a country can participate in the Olympic Games, but if a country is banned for some reason, they are also allowed to play as a neutral player. In every Olympic Games, a neutral player must land. So far such neutral athletes have won a total of 22 medals with 3 gold medals. India's players have also landed as neutral athletes. The Indian Olympic Association was suspended in 2012. In 2014, as the election was held two days after the Winter Olympics, three qualified Indian athletes were allowed to play as neutral players.
