Seeing his fitness, no one can imagine that this man will pass away

Body building craze is increasing among the youth of the country after seeing film actors and other celebrities. At a time when there is an increase in youth exercising in the gym to get six pack abs like Salman Khan or other actors, well-known TV actor Siddhant Suryavanshi died suddenly while exercising in the gym.

Siddhanth was working out in the gym on the morning of November 11 when he suddenly felt dizzy and fell unconscious. His trainers and others tried to bring him to consciousness by splashing water on his mouth and in other ways but failed and he was taken to Kokilaben Hospital in an ambulance. The doctors tried for an hour to get the heart beating again but nothing worked and Siddhantsingh Suryavanshi left us forever.

Siddhantsinh Suryavashi, who started his career as a TV actor with the serial 'Kusum', was a well-known face in the TV industry. Siddhantsinh Suryavashi, who worked in serials like 'Kasauti Zindagi Ki', 'Krishna Arjun', 'Kya Dil Main Hai', 'Kyon Rishton Mein Katti Batti', 'Jiddi Dil', etc., was considered as a matchmaker in the TV industry. Fit Siddhan Singh Suryavanshi was known for his fitness. Siddhant was 46 years old but looked around 35 due to his intense fitness and lean body.

Due to the fitness of Siddhant, everyone has been shocked by his death, but at the same time, the debate has also started that how much exercise is appropriate in the circle of body building? The reason for this discussion is that in the last one and a half years, seven celebrities who are said to be very fit in the country have died in this way. Many of these, as per Siddhant, have suddenly collapsed and died while working out in the gym or immediately after the workout. In many cases treatment was received but it was not effective. In many cases, the life cycle is gone before treatment is available. Everyone was shocked by the sudden demise of these celebrities because seeing their fitness, no one could have imagined that this man would pass away.

In August of this year, comedian Raju Srivastava collapsed and became unconscious while walking at a gym in Delhi. Raju Srivastava was immediately taken to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (IIMS) in New Delhi, so he survived but his condition was not good. Even though Raju was kept on ventilator since August 10, he did not survive. After 42 days of war, Raju took a permanent leave on September 21. No one had any idea that a very dry Raju could have a heart attack.

A month before Raju fell unconscious i.e. in July, Dipesh Bhan, who plays Malkhan in 'Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai', collapsed while playing cricket. He died while being taken to the hospital. Deepesh was playing cricket under the flat after coming down from the gym and suffered a cardiac arrest.

Earlier, Siddharth Shukla, who was considered a matchman, also died in this way. Bigg Boss winner Siddharth's fitness was the envy of film stars. Shukla was exercising daily and had a heart attack. Shukla was also 41 years old and this age is not said to die.

Similarly, singer KK, Kannada film superstar Punit Rajkumar, film producer Raj Kaushal, actor Amit Mistry etc. fell unconscious and died within a few hours of working out in this manner in the last one-and-a-half years.

All of them were under the age of fifty and known as fitness freaks. Exercising regularly and sweating for hours in the gym to keep the body fat off was his lifestyle, a daily habit. Despite working hard to stay fit, these people could not prevent death.

The death of these celebrities is a red light for the youth of the country. Being fit is a good thing.

It is an eternal truth that you can truly enjoy life only if your body is healthy but it is not a good thing to let the fitness craze take over your life. There is an eternal principle regarding the human body that excess of any thing or activity is not good. It will destroy your body. This is also true of exercise. Being under the illusion that you will be more fit by exercising too much can be overwhelming and you have to wash your hands of life. These people were celebrities so their deaths were reported in the media, people got to know but there must be many young people who have the same craze for body building. They would be working out in the gym for hours to build muscles or lose fat and would be dying. No one except his own family would even notice his untimely death.

Young people need to understand one more thing. Film stars, TV stars or other celebrities need to be fit because their star image is built on it. For that, those people hire trainers and also take advice from doctors. Based on that, they decide their diet i.e. food. That food should also be nutritious. Despite all this care, a number of stars have suffered heart attacks while exercising, which means they have exceeded their prescribed limits. He has given his body too much pain and due to this the body has given up. In many cases taking too much of steroids or protein shakes etc. also affects the body.

It is good for young people to try to stay fit, but for that it is necessary to work hard. Unnatural efforts including exercise can be fatal.

50 percent of heart attack cases in India are youth

The prevalence of heart disease among Indians has been on the rise for the past few years. In that too, young people are suffering from heart attacks more. 3 million people die every year in India due to heart related diseases. Fifty percent of them are under 50 years of age. Among the total heart attack cases in the country, 50 percent of the cases are in people under the age of 50 years, while 25 percent of the cases are in the people under the age of 40 years.

There are medical research statistics. The conclusion of this study conducted between 2000 and 2016 is that heart attack does not occur only at the age of fifty years as before, so everyone should be warned. In India, the rate of heart attack among people under the age of 40 has increased by 2 percent every year, so be warned.

Do not exercise without doctor's advice

There are a few things that youngsters need to keep in mind while doing body building exercises.

First of all, no exercise should be done without the advice of a medical expert. Everyone's body structure is different, everyone's body's ability to work is different, so don't get caught up in the rush of a visible workout. If you don't build a body like Salman or Hrithik Roshan, it will work, but if you lose your life in its circle, it will not work.

According to medical experts, people who eat tobacco or smoke cigarette-bd have the highest risk of heart attack.

Tobacco use is considered to be the biggest risk factor for heart disease, so a smoker should not exercise without consulting a doctor.
