Inquiries as Malik stepped down as governor

New Delhi, dated 9

Former Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik has been questioned by the CBI. Satyapal Malik, who was constantly criticizing the Modi government when he was in the governorship, has been questioned about the bribe of 300 crore rupees in Jammu and Kashmir. Malik claimed that when he was the governor of Kashmir, he was offered a bribe of Rs 300 crore to approve the 2 files.

Malik alleged that two files in Kashmir came to me for approval. One was of Ambani and the other was of an RSS leader. The leader, who was a Minister in the Mehbooba Mufti-led PDP-BJP coalition government, claimed to be very close to Modi. The secretaries of both the departments informed me of the confusion in the files. The secretaries said that 150 crore rupees will be available to pass the file. Malik canceled the approval of both the projects.

In April, the CBI filed a complaint in connection with Malik's corruption allegations. When Malik was the governor, no question was asked. He has been questioned as soon as he stepped down from the post.

Mann did not attend the President's function

The controversy that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal did not go to Rajghat to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi has not subsided, now there is a controversy that Bhagwant Maan did not attend President Draupadi Murmu's program. Mann was absent from the function held at Raj Bhavan to honor President Draupadi Murmu who had visited Punjab.

An invitation was sent by Raj Bhavan to Hon. Mann also accepted it but did not attend the event. Mann could not attend as he was busy with Aam Aadmi Party program in Gujarat. Governor Banwarilal Purohit has taken serious notice of this matter and has issued a statement reprimanding Bhagwant Mann. Purohit has advised Mann to be vigilant towards performing his constitutional duties. According to Purohit, Maan did not attend even though he personally called and asked to come.

Aam Aadmi Party says that President Draupadi Murmu's program was organized at the last minute while Mann's program was already decided. It is unfortunate that the Governor is giving political color to this issue.

Nitish strikes back, offers nothing to PK

While various speculations are going on about the meeting between Prashant Kishore and Nitish Kumar, Nitish Kumar has opened his mouth on the issue. Nitish accused PK of working for BJP and said that Prashant Kishore advised him to merge JDU with Congress. Nitish claimed that there is no doubt that I wanted to succeed PK. I did not call Prashant Kishor but he came to me in front of me. I have not made any offer to them.

Prashant Kishor claimed during the Jan Suraj Yatra that Nitish had offered him to become my successor. He also offered to come with us and become the leader of our party. I don't want to be someone's successor. I have to fulfill my promise to the people of Bihar.

The meeting between Nitish and P.K. There were speculations that he would join JDU or work for Nitish, but given the statements of both, it is unlikely that the two will join hands.

Uddhav-Shinde ran at the behest of the Group Commission

The Eknath Shinde group is happy that the Central Election Commission has not allowed both groups of Shiv Sena to use the Chinmi symbol and banned the symbol. The Shinde group believes that the Uddhav Thackeray group cannot use the Shiv Sena's 'bow and arrow' symbol in the Andheri East by-election, so its chances of victory have increased. Analysts also believe that the Udhav group will suffer.

The Election Commission ordered both the groups to present their respective election symbols till 1 pm on Monday, October 10, and both the groups have started running. The Election Commission has asked the political parties to select from the allotted symbols and inform the Commission.

Uddhav Thackeray claimed the symbol by stating that Shiv Sena was the party of his father Balasaheb. The Eknath Shinde group claims that in democracy, whoever has the majority is the party. We have the majority now so we should get the mark. The Panch has set aside both and taken a middle course.

Where did Owaisi get the data of Muslims' condoms?

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat at the Vijayadashami rally advocated for a population control policy that was applicable to all people. Bhagwat did not blame anyone for the increase in population but Asaduddin Owaisi has given a communal color to the matter.

Owaisi criticized Bhagwat's statement and said that you need not worry because the Muslim population is not increasing but decreasing. The total fertility rate (TFR) has declined the most among Muslims, the interval between births is also the highest among Muslims and the highest rate of condom use is also among Muslims. Owaisi taunted that Mohan Bhagwat will not speak on this issue.

Analysts are calling Owaisi's statement politically motivated. While Bhagwat has not even mentioned Muslims, Owaisi is bringing Muslims in because it gives him political advantage. There are also jokes about where Owaisi got the condom data from.

Ma'am, keep an eye on rupees instead of tantrics...

Telangana Chief Minister K. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has made a strange claim on the issue that Chandrasekhar Rao changed the name of his party after launching Rashtriya Party. Nirmala claims that KCR has changed the name of her party Telangana Rashtra Samiti (EG) to Bharatiya Rashtra Samiti (MEG) following the advice of Tantrikas.

Nirmala claimed that in the four years from 2014 to 2018, there was not a single woman minister in the Rao government. Even after TRS was re-elected, there was no women minister for a year. Following the advice of some Tantrikas, Rao did not give women representation in the cabinet.

People are making fun of Nirmala. People are writing that, Madam, as the finance minister of the country, instead of paying attention to the falling rupee, she is sitting watching the tantrics. What will happen to the country's economy after getting such a finance minister? Some have mentioned that there are Indians in the BJP and have questioned that the name of the BJP is also kept by asking Tantrikas?

Not a love letter, but a duty letter: Saxena

Lt. Governor of Delhi V.K. The tension between Saksena and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is increasing day by day. Kejriwal said that Saksena is harming the people of Delhi by filling the sod of BJP. The elected president will have the power to take decisions: Rahul

Responding to recent comments about the Congress presidential candidates being flatterers of the Gandhi family, Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said that it was an insult to both Mallikarjun Kharge and Shashi Tharoor. Withdraw the price hike of iron and steel: Congress

The Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee has demanded that the Centre's decision to increase the prices of CNG-PNG be withdrawn. This increase will dampen the festive spirit in the capital. Anil Bharadwaj, chairman of the communication department of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee and a former legislator, said that the Modi government's decision to increase the prices of CNG and PNG by Rs 3 per kg will not only increase prices on all fronts, but autorickshaws, taxis and goods transport. It will become so expensive that the common man cannot afford it, added Bharadwaj.

No role of third party in Jammu and Kashmir: India

India has rejected the appeal of the foreign ministers of Pakistan and Germany to involve the United Nations mediation in resolving the Kashmir issue, saying that instead the focus should be on stopping Pakistan-based terrorists who have long targeted Jammu and Kashmir for terrorism. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs was responding to the presentation made by Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and his German counterpart Annalena Baerbock at a joint press meet in Berlin (Germany). In his speech, Baerbok noted the functional signs of cooperation between Pakistan and India to provide food supplies to Afghanistan, while the two foreign ministers spoke about the role of the United Nations in resolving the Kashmir issue.

Objection to examination conducted in Hindi, English

After DMK, now Janata Dal-S (JD-S) leader and former Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has criticized the Karnataka government's move to conduct Staff Selection Commission examinations for central government departments only in English and Hindi. He has alleged that BJP wants to devalue regional languages. Kumaraswamy tweeted that candidates who pass the above exam can be appointed in any state. There is no opportunity to conduct this exam in any other regional language including Kannada. Can there be any greater scale than that Hindi is being imposed and injustice is being done to the regional languages?
