NPP Parliamentary Primaries: NPP Stalwart Otito Achuliwor files nomination to contest Navrongo Central Constituency

Alhaj Abdallah Otito Achuliwor, a stalwart of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Upper East Region, has filed his nomination to participate in the Npp Parliamentary Primaries for the Navrongo Central Constituency.

He expressed his passion to make the Constituency an NPP stronghold, aiming to prevent the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from winning elections in the area.

Alhaj Achuliwor highlighted his 20 years of experience and ability to unite party members in the Constituency to mobilize grassroots support and recapture the seat from the NDC.

He addressed various challenges in the area, including lack of electricity supply, bad roads, water scarcity for irrigation, and unemployment among youth.

The aspirant pledged to construct 100 boreholes in the Constituency, with work commencing even before the 2024 elections. He promised an issue-based campaign, urging his supporters to avoid insults and maintain a civil approach.

The Chairman of the Election Committee in the Constituency, Mr. Richard Kudamo, congratulated Alhaj Achuliwor for being the first to pick and submit the nomination form. He emphasized the importance of a peaceful and decent campaign, free from indecent language and unfounded allegations.

Before submitting the forms, Alhaj Achuliwor sought the blessings of the Navio-Pio, the Paramount Chief of the Navrongo Traditional Area, who emphasized the need for a clean campaign and responsible behaviour during the process.
