The Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt recently got married to the Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. The couple was even blessed with a baby girl last year. According to the reports, the actress bought a 2,497 sq. feet apartment in the Pali Hill locality in Bandra for Rs. 37.80 crores close to the Kapoor house on the same road.

As per reports, Alia gifted a bungalow to her Sister Shaheen Bhatt on the same day. The apartment bought by Alia is located in the posh area of Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited and was bought from the Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd. The agreement for the property was registered on April 10, 2023, and a stamp duty of Rs. 2.26 crores was paid on the same day.

In addition to the apartment, Alia also gifted two more houses to her sister Shaheen Bhatt. These two apartments are located in Gigi Apartments on AB Nair Road in Juhu, Mumbai, of worth Rs. 7.68 crores. The first apartment spans 1,197 sq. ft, while the second one is 889.75 sq. ft in size.
