4. Use hydrogen peroxide– use Hydrogen peroxide which is a mild bleach that can help to whiten the stained teeth. For whitening, you can try brushing with a mix of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide for 1–2 minutes twice a day for about a week, and can vary the result. The research found that tooth-bleaching gels containing bromelain or papain have substantial clinical potential to whiten teeth.

6. Chewing high-fiber foods– Chewing the high-fiber vegetables and legumes that can help neutralize the acid in the mouth and protect the enamel on the teeth. Some green veggies like leafy greens or Beans like spinach trigger the mouth to produce more saliva, the more saliva is produced the more cleans the mouth from acid.

7. Apple cider vinegar– When it is used in small quantities, apple cider vinegar may help in reducing the staining on the teeth and improve whiteness.
