PEPT: Nigerian electorates has spoken again in one loud voice — Ex-APC NWC member, Anyanwu

Southeast party chieftain and former National Executive Committee of the governing All Progressives Congress in the country, High Chief Nduka Anyanwu, at the weekend, lauded the recent verdict of Justice Haruna Tsammani-led Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, affirming Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the duly elected President of Nigeria.

Recall that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday, struck out the petition filed by Obi and his counterpart in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, and their parties.

The court held the petitions lacked merit, and unanimously upheld the election of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Earlier, Mr Anyanwu, who was also a member of the disbanded APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) for Tinubu/Shettima 2023, while baring his minds on Saturday, described the judicial affirmation as true reflections of the will of Nigerian people who overwhelmingly voted for Tinubu and the APC for continued dispensation of democratic dividends to their doorsteps.

He said the five-man panel of the presidential election tribunal was just and fair in adjudication of the cases instituted by candidates of opposition parties, against President Tinubu’s victory at the concluded february 25, 2023 presidential poll held in all federating states in Nigeria.

Anyanwu also added that the court judgement has further strengthened the positive efforts of present federal government controlled by APC, and patriotic citizens of the country in deepening democracy in every facets of the country.

“Nigerian electorates have spoken again and loudly through this latest judgement delivered by the presidential election tribunal, membered by men and women of proven integrity, amid the political intrigues and tantrums unleashed by opposition elements to deceive the learned jurists”, he added.

While applauding members of the presidential election petition tribunal for standing for natural justice in the concluded post-2023 election litigations brought against the APC by opposition political parties, Chief Nduka Anyanwu, also the convener Oha’ndigbo Youth Worldwide, congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the affirmation of his landslide victory at the concluded february 25, 2023 presidential poll held in the federation by the national electoral umpire by the 5-man panel of the presidential election petition tribunal in Abuja last week Wednesday.

The frontline Abia party stalwart also reassure all citizens of the continued commitment and determination of the present federal government ably led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to judiciously harness the Nigeria common resources into enhancing the economy, and engendering more building of critical infrastructures in every stratas of the country in uplifting the populaces.

Anyanwu further urged all Nigerians citizens to remain steadfast in their unflinching supports to the present administration led by the All Progressives Congress as it hit the ground running in raising the bar in infrastructure and economy for their good and that of the Nigeria at large.
