From Dadi’s Kitchen to Culinary heights

“My Journey in the culinary world began in my grandparents’ kitchen, where my dadi’s nurturing guidance ignited my love for cooking. Spending endless hours by her side, I soaked in every lesson, every scent, and every Taste, cherishing the bond we shared.

As a teenager, I ventured into experimenting with cooking, eagerly preparing meals for my loved ones. Their smiles and satisfied bellies fueled my passion, prompting me to pursue Hospitality Management at Amrapali College in Jaipur. Throughout my career, I’ve found joy in creating dishes that not only tantalize taste buds but also evoke memories and forge connections.

Balancing my roles as a chef, consultant, and photographer has been a journey of its own, filled with challenges and triumphs. Yet, through it all, my unwavering love for food and dedication to continuous learning have remained constant.

Reflecting on my path, I realize that food is more than just sustenance; it’s a source of comfort, creativity, and connection. With each dish I create, I aim to share a piece of my heart, hoping to bring a moment of joy to those who taste it.

As I continue on this enriching journey, I am grateful for the support of my mentors, the encouragement of my family, and the endless inspiration that surrounds me.”
