“Hi, I’m Supritha Sri, and my friend Sathwika and I always dreamt of doing something productive and being independent. Our shared interest in the Food Industry, particularly baking, led us to embark on a journey of creating delicious cheesecakes.

Starting off at home boosted our confidence, and the positive response encouraged us to take our Passion to the next level. We decided to set up a small stall, initially only available on weekends, starting from Thursdays. Juggling both academics and our cheesecake business posed challenges, but we remained committed to excelling in both realms.

Creating something new was our goal, and cheesecakes became our unique concept. Amidst managing academics and the business, we’ve accumulated numerous memorable experiences. One delightful moment was when a young boy, against his grandma’s wishes, bought a cheesecake and returned just to express how much he enjoyed it, brightening our day.

Another time, two uncles trusted our recommendation for the best cheesecake and ended up taking some home for their family. The diverse age groups appreciating our creations bring us immense joy.

Regular customers who eagerly anticipate our newest offerings add to the motivation. The positive feedback we receive through messages further inspires us to keep pushing forward.

Starting from scratch wasn’t easy; we encountered hurdles from purchasing ingredients to finding the ideal stall location. We even faced resistance from street vendors. Despite initial setbacks, we persisted, and the six-hour stalls paid off with a growing base of happy customers.

Coming from an engineering background, our journey into the food industry is proof that passion knows no boundaries. We faced challenges, but our determination and love for our craft have turned our cheesecake venture into a success story.

My advice to everyone is not to give up on your passion, no matter the hurdles. It may not be easy, but facing challenges head-on is crucial for success. We are living proof that pursuing your interests, regardless of your background, is worth the try.”
