Worker reps’ convictions upheld, fines quashed

The Phnom Penh Appeal Court has upheld the conviction of the President of the Independent Democracy of Informal Economy Association (IDEA) and nine other unionists accused of allegedly inciting garment workers against authorities and attacking military officers in 2014.
