Ouk Rabun, Minister of Rural Development, Chairman of Kampong Chhnang Provincial Government Working Group presided over the ground-breaking ceremony for a 12-km, 330-meter-long DBST two-lane road connecting Meanchey to Kang Meas Knong village, Kork Banteay commune, Rolea Bier district, Kampong Chhnang province, on the morning of June 7.
