Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF) and the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understand (MoU) to participate in agricultural development by establishing a digital technology system for file verification and expanding the network infrastructure of internet connection between the two ministries.
