Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur said in a press conference that the Cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister. We reduced the LPG cylinder by Rs 200 on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan and Onam. The price has come down from Rs 1100 to Rs 900. The beneficiary of Ujjwala scheme started getting gas for Rs 700. Now the sisters of the beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme will get a subsidy of Rs 300, so now the beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme will get gas cylinders for Rs 600.
