Gurudwara in Glasgow apologized to Indian High Commissioner

British police silence despite threats to rape wife-daughter four times after posting anti-Khalistan video

London: Amid diplomatic dispute between Canada and India, Khalistanis are now rampant in Europe and attacking Indians. Khalistanis have attacked an Indian-origin Sikh family protesting their agitation in London after the Indian High Commissioner in Glasgow was prevented from entering a gurudwara. On the other hand, the Gurudwara has apologized to the Indian High Commissioner for the Glasgow incident.

Harman Singh, an Indian-origin Sikh in Britain, is an opponent of the Khalistan movement, for which he is frequently threatened. Harmansingh, an Indian-origin Sikh in London, said his two cars were parked in a loan when Khalistan supporters threw red paint, symbolizing blood, on them. He went to the police to complain about it the next day and his car's windscreen was smashed. Some unknown people fired at his car. Khalistani supporters have attacked him four times in the last eight months.

Harmansingh claimed in a post on X (Twitter) that he has received thousands of threats after his anti-Khalistan social media posts. Khalistani supporters have also threatened to rape his wife and daughter. They also know the address of my children's school, but the police are not taking any action on these incidents.

Harmansingh posted a video on the social media platform Tiktok criticizing the Khalistan movement. After that it got two million views in two days. But since then he started getting threatening calls to remove this video.

Charlotte Littlewood, a UK-based journalist and researcher, tweeted and claimed that 'The Kapoor family is under attack. They are waiting for the police, as Khalistani fundamentalists are believed to have opened fire on their vehicle in London. As expected – the Canada dispute has emboldened the Khalistanis. We may see more such violence.' No official statement has yet been made by the UK police regarding these attacks. Meanwhile, the issue of stopping Indian High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswamy from entering the Gurudwara in Glasgow has become a hot topic. However, now the Gurdwara Committee has apologized to the Indian High Commissioner. Also, the committee has requested him to come to the Gurdwara again. An official statement regarding this is likely to be announced on Monday. The Committee said that the Gurdwara Committee does not recognize the three people who stopped the Indian High Commissioner Vikram Dorai from coming to the Gurdwara.

- Khalistanis will hold a rally in Surrey, Canada

When a diplomatic dispute is going on between Canada and India over the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, even amid this dispute, Khalistanis have got a free rein in Canada.

Now the Khalistanis have planned to hold a big rally in Surrey, where the terrorist Nijjar used to live. According to media reports, sources said that a group of Khalistani fundamentalists will gather in Surrey city and hold a rally against India and also discuss the strategy ahead. The Khalistanis also staged protests outside the Indian High Commission in Vancouver and Ottawa last Tuesday, but there was no response, and with scores of people joining the protests, there are fears of how many radical elements will join Surrey.
