India has received an offer of dialogue from the neighboring country Pakistan, which is suffering from economic crisis. Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif appears to be softening. Shahbaz said that we are ready for talks with India. Three wars have brought only devastation and poverty. War is not an option.

Prime Minister Shahbaz said that if the neighbor (India) is serious, then they (Pakistan) are ready for talks. Sharif said that we have fought three wars in the last 75 years. It has only given rise to poverty, unemployment and scarcity of resources. War is no longer an option.
Shahbaz Sharif is referring here to 1965 (Kashmir war), 1971 war (Bangladesh partition), 1999 (Kargil war), in all three Pakistan faced defeat.
Nuclear weapons are also mentioned
The Prime Minister of Pakistan has also mentioned nuclear weapons. He said that Pakistan is a very rich country. It is not done for aggression but for self-defense. But the higher ups don't, there will never be a nuclear war, or there will be no one left alive to tell what happened. War is no longer an option.
Importantly, Pakistan is talking about peace on the one hand, but they are increasing the number of their nuclear weapons. They have developed 5 new nuclear weapons in the last one year.
