Gujarat University has filed a defamation case against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for getting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's degree. In which this case has been filed with the allegation that the image of Gujarat University has been tarnished due to Arvind Kejriwal. The case has been filed in the Ahmedabad Metropolitan Magistrate Court.
Arvind Kejriwal's troubles are not over after being fined in PM Narendra Modi's degree controversy. Ahmedabad's Metro Political Court has issued summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. Both were to appear in court today. Along with Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh is also an accused in this case. Both were summoned earlier. Earlier, the court imposed a fine of 25,000 rupees on Kejriwal.
However, at the end of the arguments in the case of tarnishing the image of the university, the court ordered both to appear on July 13.
