ripe 200 Indian fishermen and three civilian prisoners were released

Pakistan has released 200 Indian fishermen and three civilian Prisoners on humanitarian grounds, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said in a statement.

Last month also, Pakistani authorities released 198 Indian prisoners. These prisoners were locked up in Karachi jail. He was accused of fishing in Pakistani waters. These prisoners were handed over to India at the Wagah border.

Bhutto Zardari said on Twitter that today Pakistan is releasing 200 Indian Fishermen and 3 civilian prisoners. Earlier on May 12, 198 Indian fishermen were released.

He further said that the release of Indian prisoners is in line with Pakistan's policy of not mixing humanitarian affairs with politics. The prisoners released today were also released to the Indian authorities at the Wagah border.

According to sources, Pakistan will release more Indian prisoners on humanitarian grounds in July. It is worth mentioning that Pakistan and India arrest fishermen from neighboring countries who are fishing in their waters.
