New Delhi: Ravinder Kumar, who killed 30 girls after raping them, has been found guilty by Delhi's Rohini court. Ravinder Kumar also confessed to the crime of raping and murdering 30 girls. The killer carried out these heinous crimes in parts of Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh. The investigation has revealed that the killer was addicted to drugs and he used to commit this crime while intoxicated.
Ravinder Kumar, a resident of Kasganj in Uttar Pradesh and mentally deranged, was addicted to alcohol and drugs. He used to lure the girls by giving them chocolates and sweets, later abducted them and took them to an unknown place, raped them, later killed the girls. The police investigation revealed that the killer Ravinder used to watch obscene and criminal films. Apart from this, intoxication was also plentiful. Only after that he got involved in this crime.
Ravinder would go out to find his prey only when the tired laborers went to their huts to rest in the evening. Ravinder traveled several kilometers to find the girls. He was walking on foot. He used to roam around from eight to midnight, and if he saw any girl, he would show her a 10 rupee note and also feed her sweets. Later, he used to take her under his control and take her to empty fields or deserted buildings and rape the girls. He later killed the girl due to fear of being caught. Earlier, Ravinder was arrested in 2015 at the age of 24 and was imprisoned in Tihar Jail. The investigation also revealed that after killing the girl, Ravinder used to rape the girl's body as well.
