The Meteorological Department has announced the weather forecast for the next week. According to this forecast, some parts of the country may get some relief from the heat next week. According to the forecast, the temperature may drop by 3 to 5 degrees in the next five days in eastern India.

On Friday, the maximum temperature in North Western, Central and Eastern India was around 36-39 degrees Celsius, in the next 4-5 days there will not be much difference in the temperature in the North Western region and there will be some relief in the heat. Normal to moderate rain is expected over Northeast India for the next two days. Strong winds may also blow at some places. Heavy rain is expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya on Saturday.

According to the Meteorological Department, normal to moderate rainfall is forecast for the next five days over some parts of central India such as Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim and Odisha. Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Bihar and some parts of Vidarbha may also receive heavy rain. Coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, interior parts of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala are also likely to receive rain for the next five days.
Delhi will be cloudy
Partly cloudy skies are expected over Delhi and NCR on Saturday and the maximum temperature will be below normal. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature will drop by 5 degrees Celsius due to cyclonic winds over central India and moisture in the Bay of Bengal. Heat will persist in Maharashtra and Loo conditions will prevail in many parts of the state. In West Bengal too, hot winds will add to the woes of the people and the maximum temperature will be around 44 degrees Celsius.
The temperature also dropped on Friday. The minimum temperature in eastern Uttar Pradesh increased by 3-5 degrees Celsius. Minimum temperature also increased in Bihar, West Bengal and Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura. Kerala, East Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Saurashtra, Kutch recorded an increase in maximum temperature of 1.6 to 3 degrees Celsius.
