- SpiceJet failed to establish safe, reliable air service: DGCA

The problem of technical defects is increasing in the flights of the aviation company SpiceJet. A flight from Delhi to Dubai had to make an emergency landing in Karachi, Pakistan due to a fuel indicator problem.

Show cause to SpiceJet notice
The DGCA has issued a show cause notice to SpiceJet regarding the manner in which the safety margin of its aircraft has been reduced due to continuous difficulties in the flight of SpiceJet.
DGCA also sought clarification from the airline and commented that SpiceJet had failed to establish a safe, reliable air service. The DGCA has sent the notice to SpiceJet after it came across 8 incidents of technical defects in the last 18 days.
