Evolutionists mark the birth of Charles Darwin every February, as they venerate a man whose life’s work was pivotal in establishing naturalistic thinking as the predominant worldview in Western Civilization. Countless people have been influenced by the publication of his most notable work “The Origin of the Species,” and have accepted some form of Darwinian evolution as uncontested fact. But, how much has been discovered in the 160+ years since Darwin, that unravels his ideas and worldview, and unseats him as a legitimate authority on how creatures originate and adapt?
ICR’s Darwin Dethroned Seminar examines the claims of Darwin, and modern Darwinists, who argue that the diversity of life forms came about from random, purposeless processes, over millions of years, and that creatures have adapted to their environments by means of a mysterious force deemed Natural Selection.
Scripture and the scientific evidence are clear: the Lord Jesus Christ purposefully engineered all things by His Word, and pre-programmed creatures to interact with and fill their environments through a complex system of innate sensors, logic mechanisms, and output responses in a way that far exceeds anything Darwin could’ve ever imagined.
