In latest news from Uttarakhand, Nainital police nabbed a youth with 31.99 grams of smack from the Mongoli area of ​​the town. Police said that they were filing a case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) against the accused who allegedly would smuggle smack from Bareilly. Sharing details, Mangoli outpost in-charge Bhupendra Singh Mehta said that while checking vehicles, police found a young man- riding pillion on a bike- fleeing after getting down on seeing them.  When police questioned the bike rider he told that the pillion rider had taken lift from Kaladhungi. Police then chased the young man and grabbed him. Later, during search, smack was found on him. During interrogation, he told he was going to Nainital from Bareilly to deliver smack.

Kotwal Harpal Singh said that 31.99 grams of smack was recovered from the accused identified as Lalit Vijay Singh, resident of Ward no 61 Prem Nagar, Bareilly.
