Argument escalates into beating

In latest news from Haridwar, an altercation between the assistant regional transport officer (ARTO) and a Transport Inspector turned worse with the hot argument escalating into a thrashing incident. It is learnt that having lost his cool, the ARTO beat the transport inspector black and blue after holding him down. The incident was captured in a video which went viral once it was circulated on social media platforms, sparking public outrage.
