In latest Uttarakhand news, the timing of vehicular movement on Dharchula and Jhulagarh Suspension Bridges situated on the Indo-Nepal border in Pithoragarh district has been changed. As per the district administration officials, these bridges would remain open for traffic daily from 6.00 am to 7.00 pm from March to October and from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm from November to February. Informing this, the Pithoragarh district magistrate Reena Joshi said that the decision had been taken following the India-Nepal Border Coordination Committee meeting attended by senior officers of both the countries. They agreed on the change of timing of traffic movement on these two suspension bridges located on the Indo-Nepal border.
