MCD Polls: Dhami Continues To Campaign In Delhi

Holds road show in Shahdara area in support of BJP candidates

Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami continued his hectic campaign in support of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidates on Friday for the upcoming Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. On the day he campaigned in the Shahadra area of Delhi which is inhabited by the people of Uttarakhand origin in large numbers. He also took out a road show in support of the BJP candidate from the ward number 215 Bharat Gautam. He started his road show from the Baburam school Chowk in the area.

Large number of workers of the party and people took part in the road show of CM Dhami. The Uttarakhand CM made an appeal to the people to ensure victory of the BJP candidates for all round development of their area and Delhi. Large number of the people having roots in Uttarakhand took part in the show and greeted the CM.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met the Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda at his residence in New Delhi on Friday. Dhami greeted Nadda on his birthday and presented him a cap and shawl made from stinging nettle (Kandali) while wishing him good health and long life.

Earlier on Thursday Dhami had campaigned in the Molarband, Chattarpur, Said-ul-Ajaib and Munirka areas of Delhi.
