Arsenal are being Linked with Real Madrid Striker Luka Jović, as they seek a long-term replacement for Alexander Lacazette, who is in the final year of his current contract at the Emirates.

The 30-year old Frenchman has indicated that he is not interested in a contract extension in North London, even if it were to be offered to him.

Jović was signed by the Spanish club from Eintracht Frankfurt for a reported fee of £50 million in 2019, but has struggled to make an impression in Spain, scoring just twice, and making just 11 senior appearances over the past two years,

However, he showed better from when loaned back to Frankfurt in the second half of last season, finding the net four times for the German club,

Now Real are keen to sell him as they look to raise funds to fund next summer’s transfer business., and Arsenal, who have become something of a home for Real outcasts in recent years, with loan moves for Dani Ceballos and Martin Ǿdegaard, and then the permanent acquisition of the Norwegian, are among the clubs interested.
