Pakistan is the land where we live like other problems for example poverty , pollution and environmental degradation is also a major issuer. Pakistan is the seventh-worst country in the world in access to sanitation facilities,79 million still lack decent toilets while 37% have no system of waste disposal which can spread diseases. In urban areas mostly roadsides have no trees it affects the environment, socialization of children, and the human mind. Now it is appreciable that the Federal government of Pakistan has launched a five-year campaign with the name of Clean Green Pakistan Movement on 3 October 2018. Its goals are plantation, solid waste management, liquid waste management(hygiene)total sanitation, and safe drinking water. In this way, the state is going to provide access to basic quality services and making every citizen accountable and responsible for clean and green Pakistan. Federal Government will encourage the best participants, cities, universities for their work by giving awards and certificates for participating in this healthy competition.

This is also working in the COVID-19. Government is giving them the required knowledge and skills for awareness, prevention, and stopping the spread of pandemic, not only this but also focuses on behavioral change as awareness about social distancing, child care, and support of the affected individual. Online clean and green COVID -19 training is also designed. They will work on family, community, and societal level, participants will be champions and rewarded by the ministry of climate change of Pakistan. Clean and Green Pakistan application is also on social media citizens can download the application and can submit their activities/tasks related to plantation, cleanliness, and sanitation. Several institutions like government schools are working on clean and green Pakistan by doing plantation and cleaning their schools and become part of this movement. It will make our country beautiful and protected.

Not only this but we can make our country clean by keeping ourselves, houses, streets, conserving water and doing plantation. We should engage communities in city planning and development projects and raise awareness about natural resources as trees in urban areas.
