The Adamawa State Police Command has pledged its loyalty and support to the leadership of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Ibrahim Kpotun Idiris for his good leadership and effort to secure the lives and properties of Nigeria citizens.

This was contain in a press statement signed by Police Public Relations Officer of the Command, SP Othman Abubakar and made available to The Scope over the week, said the Command would continue to take giant strides in sustaining the peace and security of Adamawa State under the guidance and tutelage of the Inspector General of Police.

According to the press statement, “In this vein the Command urges the good people of Adamawa Sate at home and in diaspora to continue to support the leadership of the institutions that is charge with the onerous responsibility of securing lives and properties, and the maintenance of public peace”.

It further stated that the support of the general citizenry is a collective responsibility, therefore on behalf of the officers and men of the Adamawa State Police Command wish to place on record unalloyed loyalty to the president, Federal Republic of Nigeria and IGP in accordance to our oath of office.

The Police Public Relations Officer used the release to thank the citizens of the State for the cooperation the Police enjoy from them and urged them to sustain the tempo.
