Ahead of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly election and on the occasion of the 125th Founder’s Day of The Scindia School, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the Multipurpose Sports Complex in Gwalior. The Prime Minister also released a postage stamp to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Scindia School at Gwalior. 

The Scindia school situated within the historic Gwalior Fort, was founded by the Scindia family in 1897. A descendant of the former royal family,Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia stands as a prominent political figure in Madhya Pradesh. The state will go into polls on November 17. 

Addressing a gathering on the 125th anniversary of Scindia School, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that his government has freed the country from the burden of multiple pending decisions from Article 370 to GST, One Rank One Pension and the recent Women’s Reservation Bill. He added that today they have resolved to make the country developed in the next 25 years.

Speaking on the successful launch of Gaganyaan TV-D1 mission, PM Modi said that today India is preparing to establish its own space station. Today, the country saw that the Indian Space Research Organisation successfully conducted the test flight for the Gaganyaan Mission and its crew escape system and that nothing is impossible. 

The Prime Minister further continued that India will remove poverty and will also become developed. Stating that youth’s dreams and resolution should be big, PM Modi underlined that whatever India is doing today it is doing on a mega scale. He added that youth’s dream is his resolution.

Earlier, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said that they are fortunate that the Prime Minister will come and grace the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the country’s leading institution, the Scindia School. He added that they are all grateful that he is visiting their organisation.
