Director Lokesh Kanagaraj and Thalapathy Vijay’s Film Leo released in cinemas on October 19. The film has been receiving positive reviews but some sections of the audiences are criticising the second half. The film has got a huge opening on the box office on its first day of its release. According to reports Leo has earned Rs 100 crore worldwide.

Leo is one of the most awaited film of 2023. The film has released in many languages Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil. The film was released in thousands of screens all over the world. Trade Analyst  Ramesh Bala took to X(formerly twitter) as the film crossed Rs 100 crore at the world wide box office.

According to reports the film has earned Rs 63 crore net in India. The action film has had an overall occupancy of 86.92 percent on October 19. Trade expert Ramesh Bala took to X (formerly twitter) to share the numbers of Leo at the Australian Box Office and in North America. He said the film has recorded a phenomenal opening,

Leo is the second film director Lokesh Kanagaraj and Thalapathy Vijay after Master. The film has been written by Deeraj Vaidy, Rathna Kumar and Lokesh. The action film stars Gautham Menon, Sandy, Mysskin, Arjun Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, Trisha, Vijay in important roles. Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan and Mathew Thomas are seen in supporting roles.

The film has been produced by Seven Screen studio. The music of Leo has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Editor Philomin Raj and Cinematographer Manoj Parmhamsa are also part of the team. Lokesh Kanagaraj proves he is one of the best filmmakers present in India. Leo proves he takes a down to earth story and takes it to Hollywood standards. The story of the film revolves around about how a changed man who does not want to reveal his past will go to any lengths to protect his family.
