Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday tried his hand at making dosas at a roadside eatery during his visit to Telangana’s Jagtial district ahead of the upcoming assembly elections. In the video circulating on social media Gandhi can be seen putting dosa batter on the pan and spreading it with a bowl. The eatery shop owner can be seen guiding Rahul Gandhi.

As part of Congresses’s Vijayabheri Yatra, Gandhi was going from Karimnagar to Jagtial when he stopped at a bus stop. He went to an eatery to try his hand at making dosas. He interacted with passersby and distributed chocolates to children. He addressed a public rally in Jagtial.

Gandhi said if Congress is elected to power in Telangana it will ensure that turmeric farmers will get Rs 12000 to Rs 15000 support price per quintal and Rs 500 more than the minimum support (MSP) for every crop the farmers grow.

The congress leader attacked the AIMIM, BJP, BRS, Rahul Gandhi said they work in cahoots and chief Minister K Chndrasekhar Rao supports the saffron party in the parliament.  The Congress leader took a dig at KCR said he thought the janata would rule in the state of Telangana but when the state was formed the rule of one single family was established.

Gandhi said a Congress wave is coming and will engulf Telangana like a Tsunami. He said he was confident that Congress party will form the government in the coming elections. Gandhi attacked Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao led government and alleged corruption in the irrigation projects.

He urged the people to extend their full support to the Congress party. Rahul Gandhi was campaigning in Telangana for the third day. Voting in Telangana will be held in 119 seats which is going to be held on November 30. The counting of votes will begin on December 3.
