Bollywood’s power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt welcomed their first child, a daughter named Raha Kapoor, into the world on November 6, 2022. Alia and Ranbir’s careers have grown tremendously since they welcomed Raha into their lives.

The duo is currently winning everything—from Alia winning a National Award to Ranbir’s highly awaited movie. Ranbir talked about Alia’s tradition for Raha in a recent interview, as they get ready to celebrate Raha’s first birthday shortly.

The Sawariyan actor mentioned to Hauser on their YouTube channel that he missed the days when people wrote letters to one another. He’ve always been a huge romantic, he said. He recalled seeing letters from my grandparents and from his parents to one another. They involved so much personal interaction. The letters are something you may save for a very long time, Ranbir added.

Then he said that he wanted to connect with his daughter Raha through letters. Alia is writing Raha emails every day and I thought I would also write something, revealed Ranbir after that. But Ranbir also mentioned in the same interview that n ow you send emails and texts to people. But they’re incredibly surface-level, he continued.
