The much-awaited romantic song Chaleya from action thriller film Jawan released on Monday. Actor Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara’s charming chemistry in the song grabs the attention of the film enthusiasts. Many believe that the song Chaleya marks the return of Shah Rukh Khan as the ‘King of Romance’. This is the second song from the film after Zinda Banda. 

Taking to Instagram, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh posted the music video of Chaleya. Red Chillies Entertainment, owned by Shah Rukh Khan posted the music video of Chaleya on YouTube. Reportedly, Chaleya has also been released as Chalona and Hayyoda. The Hindi version of the romantic track has been sung by Arijit Singh and Shilpa Rao. The music video is choreographed by Farah Khan and written by Kumaar.

The action thriller film Jawan is directed by Atlee and is produced by Gauri Khan. The film will be released worldwide in theatres on September 7, 2023, in multiple languages namely Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi will be seen alongside Shah Rukh in the film. Deepika Padukone also has a special appearance in the movie. Nayanthara will be seen playing the role of a cop. In addition, fans will also see Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and Ridhi Dogra in important roles in the action-thriller film.

Notably, Jawan is Shah Rukh’s second release of 2023 after Pathaan, which broke multiple box office records and turned out to be the biggest hit of Shah Rukh Khan’s long career so far. As far as reports are concerned, Pathaan was released after Shah Rukh’s four-year-long hiatus from films. Furthermore, he will also be seen in director Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming film Dunki opposite Taapsee Pannu. The official release date of the film is still awaited.

On the other hand, Shah Rukh’s production company Red Chillies Entertainment filed a police complaint in Mumbai after unauthorised video clips from the action-thriller film Jawan were shared across the social media platforms. Mumbai Police has lodged a case at Santacruz Police station under IPC section 379 and IT Act as Jawan’s clip was stolen and used on social media on Thursday. Speaking to the media, Mumbai Police asserted that they are investigating the matter further.
